She tried calling him but he wouldn’t pick up the call. She even sent him a message saying that they needed to talk but still he wouldn’t reply.

When she was given the signal to go in ay dahan-dahan n’yang binuksan ang pinto.

“Sandra, just the person I wanted to see,” Fred said. “Come in. Have a seat.”

She sat down on one of the visitor’s chairs and waited for Fred to go on.

“So how’s the project going?” he asked.

“Okay naman. We’re just finishing with our revisions tapos we’ll present them to you,” she answered.

“I hope ‘yung biglaang pag-alis ni Greg won’t cause a delay in our deliverables. Our meeting with the client is set for Thursday next week. We cannot afford any more setbacks. Hindi na tayo pwede magresched sa kanila.”

“I assure you there won’t be any delays. As I’ve said we are in the finishing stages. Give us 2 more days and we’ll be ready to show everything to you.”

“That’s good. So Monday pwede ko na makita lahat? At least you will still have enough time to make revisions if necessary.”

“Sige. No problem.”

“And what about the Jimenez account?”

I will just discuss it with you after the presentation with Ms. Dizon.”

“Okay,” he said while getting some papers on his In tray.

“Ah… Fred. I want to talk to you about something else.”

“Sige. Ano ba ‘yun?”
