"Hey" greeted Sierra with a pretty smile on her as the door opened.
"Hey baby, come on in" greeted back Mason while moving a little back so that Sierra could enter his apartment.
"Took you long enough to reach here. Huh!" asked Mason while giving her a friendly side way hug and moved a little away to close the door.
"Yeah, I don't know what was wrong with that taxi; it was an unusually slow ride" replied back Sierra while putting her bag down on the small coffee table. Her mind was still thinking about why the taxi didn't leave yet.
"That's weird" Mason's voice broke Sierra's thoughts.
"I know. Anyway, you want me to help you out in the kitchen?" said Sierra trying to brush off the thoughts in her nagging mind.
"Not at all doll, you don't need to do that" Mason said in a loving tone while holding her face in his hands making Sierra to smile back at him.
"You just have to sit right here and watch me cook for you. Ok princess?" Mason said while playfully pushing her towards the kitchen counter and she simply obliged him.
"Ok then, I wouldn't mind that" said Sierra dancing her eyebrows and getting comfortable on the kitchen counter. She was busy observing how Mason was cooking for her with a satisfied smile playing on her face.

"What the hell...?" Jeremy yelled but was immediately interrupted by Xander's hoarse voice. Xander was still sitting on the table puffing his cigarette and his eyes were on Jeremy.
"Well you see Jeremy, I might be a patient guy" said Xander shrugging off his shoulders.
"But you see my men at the back?" Xander tilted his head sideways a little as if pointing at the two men standing behind him. Jeremy's attention switched from the king to the men behind. Xander dumped off his cigarette in the ashtray after taking two large puffs.
"They aren't really fond of the term 'Patience'!" Xander said while adjusting his glasses while holding them at the corner. He was still looking at his bodyguards with a smile on his face. And as if he remembered something his attention was immediately shifted back to Jeremy who was busy looking at the guards.
"And of course, they definitely don't like anyone disrespecting me" Xander said in a warning tone with danger lacing a little.
"And you better get that straight right in here! Okay?" Xander said in a warning tone while pointing his index finger at Jeremy's head with his devilish smirk still intact on his handsome face.
"If you continue to be impossible like this, I really don't think I will be able to stop them" Xander said while crossing his arms across his chest.
"I won't be the one responsible for those calamities nor them!!" Xander raised his hands in submission and raised his eyebrows hinting that one wrong step and Jeremy can easily say goodbye to his daughter and his entire life.
"What do you want from me?" Jeremy questioned in a small tone but his rage was clearly visible in his voice and on his face. Xander sighed in frustration and looked at Jeremy with narrowed eyes.
"Ok, old man! I never knew that you had such a bad memory. When was the last time you got checked by a doctor huh? Because, as far as i remember I had clearly mentioned what I wanted" Xander was highly annoyed when he got a hint that might have to repeat what he had said a few minutes back. And he hated doing that.
"Please no" were the only words Jeremy could manage but was cut off by an angry Xander. In no time Xander stood up and out of nowhere a gun suddenly appeared in his hands.
"Look Jeremy, this will be your final chance" Xander said in a warning tone while checking for the bullets in his gun and setting it for being used.
"I could easily put a bullet between your eyes right here in this room and no one will ever come to know about it. Then, I could simply go to your daughter" Xander said in an annoyed tone. His gun was touching Jeremy's forehead right between his eyes. Sweat started to make way from Jeremy's head to his neck tracing a path behind his ears which was not left unnoticed by the 'mighty king'.
"Or I could have simply arranged someone to kidnap her and get her to me" Xander said still looking into Jeremy's eyes.
But as realization hit him, he released his grip on Jeremy and sat back on the table leisurely while saying
"To be honest, I think I have already arranged someone for the job!" Xander's laugh echoed the entire room and left Jeremy speechless.

"Sierra"
"Yeah?"
"I have surprise for you" said Mason with a wide smile on his face.
"Really? What is it?" said Sierra in an excited tone. Her eyes were shining like diamonds.
"Mmmm! How about you guess?" Mason crinkled his eyes with a playful smile on his face.
"You know I am bad at guessing Mason" said Sierra almost giving up.
"You haven't even tried. Come on! Give it a try" said Mason still hiding his surprise behind him.
"Mmmm, something that would change my life?" Sierra had guessed while shrugging her shoulders and looking in Mason's eyes with adoration.
"Bingo!!" Mason whispered playfully in her ear making her laugh.
"It would definitely change your life completely" added Mason in a slow tone.
"Ok, so where is it?" Sierra was really happy that her dreams are finally going to come true.
The way Mason was behaving today gave her good chills and she could almost picture out Mason on his knees asking for her hand.
"Yup! Right here!!" said Mason showing her what he had in his hands.
Sierra's smile died immediately on noticing what Mason was hiding all this while. Tears started to form in her captivating eyes and her face was etched with fear for her life! The only few words that managed to escape her mouth were "Mason, what are you trying to do?"
"No Mason..."
"Mason No!"
"No!"
And her screams died eventually...
