Their car stopped near the old factory. Xander and Alexander shot a knowing look at each other thinking how they missed this place in their survey. Xander looked at Sierra and said "I love you!" while she replied back with a gentle smile saying "I love you too!"
Even though she was feeling bad at Cici's state, the inquisitive part of her was a bit excited to learn things with real experience. She was happy that she was a part of this mission and was here to save her sister-in-law. While Xander was in the driver's seat and Alexander was in the passenger seat, she was sitting in the back seat and had hunched forward and rested her chin on Xander's shoulder. With her husband and her father-in-law on each side she felt even more confident now.
"All the best guys! Time to get Cici back!! Yayyy!!" Sierra said in an overly dramatic and excited tone while pumping her wrists in the air; stunning both the men. She was the one who could change a tensed situation into a normal one; credit her innocence or good heart! It doesn't really matter anymore. All that matters is she cares about her family with all her heart!
"Sierra, sweet-one! Stop spending so much time with Cynthia!!" Alexander said when he could see traces of Cynthia's behaviour in her while Xander chuckled softly.
"Haaawwww! Dad, don't blame mom! You love her!" Sierra said while breaking into a cute laughter.
"Exactly, I love her! But I don't trust her!" Alexander said while rubbing his jaw with his thumb and continued "Believe me, she will break her promise and come here with a van full of bodyguards and guns 'to save us'!!" He even air quoted the words; 'to save us' making Xander chuckle too.
"Dad, are we at the right place?" Xander asked while looking back and forth the factory.
And as if on cue the huge gate opened and they heard a voice "Come Inside!!"
"Looks like we are!!" Alexander said with a scoff.
Once they were on the factory grounds, a hefty man was seen who had raised his hand indicating them to stop the car.
"Bloody signals!! I so wish to run him under my car!!" Xander said with gritted teeth while Sierra chuckled.
Once the car stopped, only Xander and Alexander got down from the car not before warning Sierra to sit inside unless she was called by either one of them. Standing there they scanned the entire place for any hiding men from the enemy's side!
"WELCOME! WELCOME!! WELCOME!!! My dear old friend!!" The crazy man said in a loud tone while clapping his hands grabbing both their attention. He made his way; while limping, to stand exactly opposite to Alexander but several feet away.
"Jonathan?" Alexander whispered unable to believe his eyes. According to his knowledge he had killed him 'that' night. It was impossible to be surviving those gunshots but here he was standing in front of him in person.
"Oh, I am so touched that you still remember me Alexander!" Jonathan said while placing his hand on his chest while Alexander scoffed and asked in a straight tone "Where is Cici?"
"Mmmmm! Straight to the point! You haven't changed Alexander!!" Jonathan said while shaking his head in 'no'. Alexander closed his eyes for a second and said "I am not here to chit chat with you! Where is Cici?"
"She is here! Robert? Get the girl!!" Jonathan said in a loud tone while keeping his gaze stuck with Alexander's. Sierra kept looking at the entire scene going on in front of her still seated in the car. Robert came with Cici on his shoulder. Her muffled screams were heard by everyone there. She was kicking her legs but it had no impact on Robert. He made Cici stand on her feet and untied the cloth that was covering her eyes.
