Sierra slumped down on the sofa in Xander's study room as soon as Xander stepped out into the balcony where Erasto was still busy on phone.
Sierra almost let out a muffled scream and covered her face in her palms. She kept repeating "Calm down Sierra! Just Calm down Sweetheart!"
"Yeah, there is nothing to worry about. Yes! Your husband is a crazy Mafia don. Your father-in-law is way beyond that and now this new guy; Oh my god! Erasto is the underboss of Italian Mafia!"
"Yeah, nothing happened! No need to panic! I am just overwhelmed! Just a little overwhelmed! Right!!" She kept repeating the words.
"Right??" She asked herself her voice breaking a little with sigh!
Sierra went into a crazy melt down mode not just because she learnt that Erasto was in mafia and was a great friend to her husband but yes because this Italian man turns to be Cici's husband! Just Wow!
"Cici's Husband!??"

Being with Xander all these days, it was more than enough for her to understand this little fact. That whoever was close to him was some or the other way related to the term 'MAFIA'; let that be anywhere.
The closer the person was to Xander; the dangerous that person was in the 'Mafia' world.
There is no doubt that, MAFIA is an extremely dangerous world but that doesn't mean that the men never married or they were never in love. No, that's a total myth; that's what I feel! It's true that all the mafia families are not picture perfect happy families. Every moment there is a risk; a new risk every single day. But aren't there risks in normal families too? Of course there are! Life has no meaning without the word 'risk'.
Yes, there is one huge difference though!!
The common families don't pull out gun for every problem unlike 'her' family; or to be more specific; her husband!!
And now, looking at Erasto, she could automatically sense that he was one kind of a dangerous man with a soft heart! But, isn't Xander the same type too?
The first time she saw Xander, she was totally smitten by him but yes the little stories she heard about him and not to forget; the entire fiasco with that Mason, did give her a great idea about what Xander does!!
Wow! Her mafia novels, which she had been reading all this while, turned totally real!!
Great! Just Great!!
Now, as far as her theory about Xander's acquaintances was is concerned;
The closer the person was to Xander; the dangerous that guy turns out!!
And now see; Erasto is the Underboss of Italian Mafia!

She was totally surprised and of course taken a back learning this little truth but most of all she felt bad.
Yes, though she has not met Cici, but whatever she had heard about her all these days, she understood what a good soul she was. No doubt Cici had her father's temper but yes she did have a soft heart and an extremely good nature that she was gifted form her mother. Sierra always wished for a sister and if Cici was alive, this little wish of hers would have been true.
She could easily understand that even though Erasto looked dangerous he did have a soft heart. He was a soft hearted guy for his family just like her 'Husband'. Even though she didn't know much about them, she still felt really sad for the couple. It is truly painful to learn that the love of your life is no more in this world.
