*Marinette's POV*

After the slow dance, we just started partying to Christmas songs and having fun.

"I still can't believe that's Alix" Nino said as me and the gang stood around each other

"I know right, I wasn't expecting to see her like that, especially with long hair" Adrien said as we all look at Alix who was with her new boyfriend, Kim

During the slow dance, all of our ships got together....and we found out because me and Alya were spying on them the entire time.

"Well all the credit goes to my bestie who made us all look amazing" Alya said and nudged me

"Aww thanks" I gushed and did a hair flip, even though my hair was up

We kept messing around and Adrien got to spend more time with his mother since Gabriel left the room.....

Wait....

"Tikki how long has Gabriel been gone?" I asked her as I walked towards the door

"A while" Tikki said worrily and I pushed the door open

I walked down the hallway and around the castle. I turned corner after corner, not seeing anything, but soon, I felt cold. I stopped walking; this wasn't from the air, it felt like dark magic cold. I hated it. It was like I walked into a psychopath's layer, you feel all the sanity slip from your body and coldness replaces it, making you want to run and crumble up in a ball. Simply, it felt like depression was whirling around me like a tornado except it never ended, no matter how far I walked forward. I surely wasn't gonna go backwards and leave this, this isn't a nice feeling to get, especially on Christmas.

"Mari," Tikki said while flying infront of my face with a panicked look, "I sense another kwami"

I froze, "Well could it-"

"No...it's not," Tikki started when Plagg popped up

"What are you two doing?" Plagg asked and we shushed him, "Woah, am I the only one feeling this?" he asked in astonishment

"No, we feel it too. There's another kwami" I whispered and Plagg's eyes went wide

"The kwami, and the dark energy...." Tikki drifted off, me and Plagg paling

"Hawkmoth" we breathed out, "Where is he?" I asked

Tikki looked at me like I was crazy but I moved my hand for her to go and she started flying forward, me and Plagg following behind. We walked through the castle and stopped before a certain hallway I vowed to never go down again.

"He's down there" Tikki whispered and pointed down the hall, a single door at the very end

"You okay kid?" Plagg asked as he and Tikki flew infront of my face

"Mari?" Tikki asked

"He's...." I started, trying to not flip out

"He's what?" Plagg asked

"He's in the room" I whispered with a shaky voice

"Okay? Big whoop, a room, shocker, he probably doesn't want to be seen so he's in a room" Plagg said like a smartass and Tikki slapped him upside the head, "Ow"

"What's wrong with the room?" Tikki asked and I shook my head

"No one is allowed in that room" I said
