"What made you want to join the military?"

Asked Marco taking a swig of his drink

You looked down and bit your lip thinking and shrugged

"I'm joining the military police, change how toxic it is and actually make a difference."

You said before taking a bite of bread looking over to him, he smiled sweetly

He's so pure, his smile made you melt

His freckles were like stars on his face, he always was so positive despite our situations

"I'm joining the military police too! I want serve the king..no greater honor than that."

He said smiling

"You're always so positive Marco how do you do it?"

You asked and he bit his lip thoughtfully

"I want to have a positive mindset and outlook on this world, even if it has gone to shit we need to make a difference no matter how long it takes, and beside I have you by my side."

He chuckles ruffling your hair

You blushed and cocked your head

He took your hand in his large soft one rubbing your hand with his thumb gently

You said and he carried and spun you around filling the air around you with laughter

Connie yelled walking over to Jean and Sasha with him, you hid your face in his chest from embarrassment

"God you guys are making this too much of a big deal."

You mumbled

"Yeah no, it was painful to watch you guys act like a married couple these whole 4 years."
