"COME ON! Just get in the water, Fran!" Georges shouted from inside the lake.

The squad was spending the week camping and they were all having fun at the lake, jumping from the deck to the water. Stephan was making the barbecue and Violetta was playing her guitar nearby Chris, Susan, and Frances; who kept sketching on her journal while she listened to their tunes.

Angie threw the beach ball into the air and Theodosia jumped to try to hit it back, but Philip hugged her tights and lifted her, making the girl screech, then reaching the ball.

"I am drawing now, dude! Maybe later!" Frances replied.

"It's summer! You can draw later!" He grumbled.

"In that case I am... Ahm... Multiplying my freckle count" She says opening her arms, pretending to sunbathe before hunching back to her draw.

"I'm gonna multiply my body count if you don't get in the damn lake!" Philip shouts back and some others laugh at him.

"Aw... I sure will miss Theo and Angie" Frances then laughed at her own joke.

Mary threw her hands in the air in indignation "And what am I, seaweed?"

Frances scoffed and rolled her eyes "You wish you were!"

Mary rolled her eyes as well and went back on playing with the girls in the water. Georges pouted and Philip patted his back while finger gunning with the other hand "Watch and learn, man"

The Hamilton sneaked out of the lake and tiptoed over to Frances. Susan, Violetta and Chris saw him but he brought his finger to his mouth with a mischievous smirk. Chris and Susan tried to hold their laugh while Violetta shakes her head in disapproval, looking down to her guitar.

He quickly scooped the girl into his arms and ran down the deck, Frances screeching all the way and trying to get out of his grip. Stephan sighted the scene and left the barbecue behind to run towards them. Philip got to the edge of the deck and tossed Frances in.

"WAIT, I CAN'T SW-" She screeched one last time before being dragged down into the water.

Everyone else froze and stared either at Philip or at where Frances was thrown. Philip's heart started to beat faster as terror built up into him "Did she say-" Theodosia was interrupted by Stephan, who shouted as he got to where Philip was and looked down at the water.

"FRAN! SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO SWIM, IDIOT!" He shouted and pushed Philip, desperate evident in his voice.

Someone dove under the water without any further warning and found the freckled girl, pulling her to the surface. Frances gasped and clutched to her savior as a scared cat while she coughed the water out of her lungs. She looked at who saved her and groaned.

"No f*cking way" She grumbled at the sight of Mary rolling her eyes at her while walked towards the coast.

"It was only this once" She said blankly "I don't want you to die if it's not by my hands"

"Let's just pretend this never happened" Frances replied.

"Deal"

"But... Don't let go of me, please" She screeched in fear looking down at the water.

Mary sighed annoyed "Frances, you're the one holding me"

"N-No I am not"

The rest of the squad did their best to not burst out laughing, but Angelica and Georges couldn't hold it any longer. Everyone then started laughing at the situation but stopped right away as soon as the girls reached the coast and both shot death glares at their friends.
