The worlds most romantic day of the year. So many celebrate this day. Others sit at home in their pjs eating chocolate and ice cream watching 'The Notebook'. That was me before finding Patrick. This is my first Valentine's Day were I'm actually not sitting at home. This is the day where I'm giving myself to Patrick for the first time. He has some big plan for us tonight. But tonight when we get home I'm going to surprise him.

First before I can do anything else I need to get a sexy nightie for tonight. I head to Victoria Secret to find something perfect.

I leave Victoria Secret with bags filled with bras, thongs, and nighties. I even found a bra, thong, and nightie for our wedding and wedding night. I head home and stow away the bags in my closet and grabbing his present to wrap. I head downstairs to wrap his present. As I am cutting the paper the door bell rings. I open the door and I'm met with a huge bouquet of teal roses. I grab them from the deliverer and give him a tip. I head into the kitchen and read the card.

'My love. Everyday I'm thankful for finding you. These flowers are the same ones I gave you the day after meeting you. Today is a day to remember our life of love and happiness. I can't wait to be married to you and call you my wife. That is our next step and it is happening in just five short months. I love you so much and I will see you tonight for dinner.

Wow I swear everything he does makes me fall even more in love with him. This morning when he left I could tell he didn't want to leave. He wanted to spend the day with me, but he had a work commitment for racing which he really didn't want to go to. Alls it was was sitting in meetings all day. I know he loves to race, but he hates having to sit in meetings. I decide to send him a text to thank him for the flowers and see if he has a free moment.

Me-Hey babe! Thank you so much for the gorgeous flowers. Just wanted to see if you had a free moment. Love ya 😘

Patrick-Well I got done with my meetings way earlier than planned and I haven't had lunch yet. Do you want me to bring something home?

Me-Well if we are eating a fancy dinner tonight I just want something small. Could you just bring me a salad home from that deli by the office?

Patrick-Sure thing beautiful. I will be home in 30. Love you❤️

We just finished eating lunch and we decided that we would open our gifts to each other. Patrick opens his first and it is a brand new Rolex watch. The other day while we were shopping Patrick was eyeing it, so the next day on my way home from work I stopped and bought it.

"Is this seriously the watch I was eyeing the other day?"

"Yep. I watch you very closely when we are shopping so I know what to get you."

"Well I love it thank you. Now open yours."

I open the box and I pull out a pair of diamond earring, a necklace, and bracelet. There is also a note inside that says that there is more awaiting upstairs. I eye Patrick and he nods for me to go upstairs.

"Check my closet." he says.

I walk in and see a beautiful black dress with crystal beading on the bust and descending downward. Under the dress is some black and silver heels.
