A/N So I have been going back and forth on the sex of the twins and I have finally figured out what I want to do. But now I need your help figuring out one more name. I have one that I love and that I want to name one of my future kids, but I need one more first and middle name. So after you read the update leave a comment on a name and I will pick out the one I love the most and dedicate an upcoming part to you.

Patrick's POV

Today was an exciting day. Sam and I were going to find out the sex of the babies and I also have an interview with Ellen Degeneres and Sam will be going with me, but staying behind stage. I was currently filming on Grey's. I was filming a seen with Ellen and our "kids" at home having a family night. Even though I was just acting I was picturing Sam and I having a family night with our twins. There was something inside of me that when playing tea party with Zola that I would love to have two girls. They would be my little princesses. Of course if they looked like Sam I would be doomed because it is hard to not love and do anything for Sam. They would be so hard to say no too. But then looking at Bailey I would love to have a son. Having another guy in the house to go to races and teaching him all about cars I would love that. So that leads me back to not really caring what gender they are because I would be happy with anything really.

"All right everybody I think we got everything we need. You are all free to go." Says the director.

I look at the time and see that it is just after 12.

"Oh crap Sam's appointment is in ten minutes I have to go. See ya Ellen." I say running out to my car a driving to the doctor's office.

Sam's POV

I'm waiting in the waiting room and look up at the clock. I see that it is 12:15 and Patrick still isn't here. I swear to god if Patrick doesn't show up for this appointment he has something coming for him and it definently won't be good.

"Samantha Dempsey." The nurse calls.

I get up and walk back to the exam room with her.

"Ok i will just have you slip off your shoes so that we can get your height and weight." She says once we enter the exam room.

I step up on the scale and I know I will gain weight, but that is a good sign because it means that the babies are growing. As the nurse is drawing blood the door flys open and in walks a very frazzled Patrick.

"Oh good i didn't miss it. I'm sorry filming took a little longer than expected working with little kids is harder than you think. They always do their own thing." He says trying to catch his breath and then kissing me.

"Geez did you run all the way here?" I joke watching him breath heavily.

"No I just ran way to fast from the parking lot and up the stairs."

"Hmm I think we need to go for more jogs along the beach."

"Well you are currently pregnant with twins so you have to be safe about it."

"I know what I can and can not do, but if you are really that worried I will ask the doctor today."

"Hmm ok I think I will feel better if I hear it from her."

"Ass." I reply before the doctor comes in and Patrick has no time to reply.

"Hey guys. How is everything going?"

"Great. I feel them moving all the time, but Patrick still hasn't been able to feel them yet."

"Well it usually comes around the 25 week mark when dads are able to feel them move."
