He was in my room. My god. And he was shirtless, and I think we almost kissed and if that would've had happened, it would be my first time. And I would've had been embarrassed. I was blushing like an idiot as I waited for Luke to arrive at the mall. Somehow he got my phone number.
Not sure how but he did. He called me at six in the morning on a Saturday. Like, come on some people like to sleep in during their Saturday's.
I sat on the bench outside the mall waiting for him.
"You're early," he startled me, making almost falls off the bench.
"Well I didn't want to be late," I said.
He chuckled.
"You know it's like a hundred degrees, and you're wearing a hoodie," I said.
"I like it warm," he smirks. I rolled my eyes at him and went inside. He follows behind. "Do they sell good shoes here?"
"Yup," kept on walking. We stopped at the shoe store since he complained half the time.
"Thank you," he said and went in, me following behind. What do guys care more about shoes than anything else? Oh right, most guys.
We spend half the day looking at shoes or clothes. I bought a few things, Luke on the other hand. My god, this boy knows how to shop. He didn't even care about how much the stuff costs. Amazingly, he called George to pick up the bags. And he took mines too, so guess what I'll have to go with him later on to pick them up. We headed to the movie theater.
"Let's see," he was picking. From his determination, I assume he was picking a horror movie. And I don't do well with horror."Let's go," he grabbed my hand and dragged me in wait, he picked already, what did he choose? Oh god, I'm going to have nightmares. We went to the snack bar and got some popcorn, drinks, and candy. Oh and guess who was there. Yeah, Natalie.
"Luke, nice to see you here," oh yeah pretend I'm not even standing next to him. "Ah, Elise hi." That's it, only a hi?
I just smiled.
"What movie you're watching?" She asked.
"Just a horror movie," Luke said walking past me, I followed.
"Oh," Natalie stood there in shocked. No guy has ever walked away from her. It amazes me how Luke doesn't fall for her effects. It makes happy.
Is that bad? Well, I hope not.
We sat on the last row, on the two-seat by the path. Easy for us to use the bathroom and get up without having to wait for the rest to pass. I'll have nightmares.
Yup, I will have a nightmare, and I'll be up all night not able to sleep. The movie was horrifying; it was about clowns. I so hate clowns. Since little after one of them sneaking up on me while I was waiting to get cotton candy. You had any idea how embarrassing and scared I was. It was like a nightmare. And worse is, I ended up peeing my pants. Ever since then, I been cautious whenever I go to the fair or circus or anywhere they have clowns. I even hate them more, after watching a movie about a clown that kidnaps the kid and kill them. Oh why am kidding myself? All clowns movie are the same. Always ends up with the clown coming back to life. I jumped at the clown laughter. It hurts my ear.
"What scared?" Luke said popping a popcorn into his mouth.
"No," I said. "Just d-don't like scary movies." Great, Elise, your stuttering, again. It only happens when I'm nervous.
"Aha," he just shook his head.
By the time the movie was our, it was eight. So we decide to walk around the mall. Then after buying some books, for me. And Luke buying piercings and some other accessories fitting his style. We left, well George picked us up. I got in the back seat, Luke sitting beside me. The ride was silent. I went through the books I bought.
