"No, you aren't dreaming," I pinched Elise's arm.

"Ow, hey that hurts," she rubbed her arm. "But I thought this didn't exist."

She frowned. "What else is real?" She asked.

I may as well tell her. "Vampires, witches, werewolves," I counted my fingers. "Look it's a long list, just to make it fast, everything exist."

"Oh god, even evil clowns?" She said biting her lower lip. That gesture made me want to kiss her. Did I, think that?

"No," I said. "Unless it's a serial killer." That just made it worse. She squealed and flopped down on the bed. My bed.

She didn't say a word. This silence was making me nervous. Did I do the right thing? Why did I tell her anyway?

"Wait," she sat up. "You where the in spying me, since you told me, no wonder I found that feather."

"Yeah sorry," I said.

She rubbed her head.

"This a lot to processes," she said. She swapped my tail away. "Stop it; I'm processing all this."

"Sorry," I tucked my wings away, as I sat down next to her, waiting for her to finish.

She didn't finish. She fell asleep; her head rested on my shoulder. I suppose all this made her more tired. What to do? I gently and slowly got up holding her. Moving her smoothly so she'll lay down. She only stirred for a second. I sighed. Taking her shoes off and covering her up. My room tends to get cold at nights. I shifted back and looked down at her sleeping; she's peaceful.

"Luke," I turned to see mother. "Ah she asleep, did you tell her?" I simply nodded. "Good, she a sweet girl I can tell, and I can tell you into her."

"Am not," I said.

"I'm your mother, I know best," she is right. My mother always knows whats best.

"What to do?" I asked.

"Whatever your heart tells you, just don't ruin it," I know what she meant by that. I sighed. "Now sleep." I nod.

Laying there next to her, made me feel good. She just looked innocent. Where has she been all my life? Why couldn't I and met her sooner. I caressed her cheek. She was soft too and smell good. Elise, she flicked a switch in me, one that I never felt before. I draped my arm around her waist. It's the first time I had a girl in my bed. I lied, but the first time I had an innocent, harmless and beautiful human in my bed and arms. I smiled as I drifted off to sleep.

"Oh my god!" I woke up by her yelling. "Luke, wake up!"

"No, five more minutes," I mumble. Elise pinched me. "What?" I drape my arm over my eyes. What could she want from me? It's too early to wake up.

"My parents are going to kill me!" She got up putting her shoes on and stumbling in the processes. Is that what worried her?

"Relax, George called them last night," I said. "He told them you fell asleep on the couch and didn't want to wake you, and that you would spend the night."

"And?" She stared.

"They said okay and to head home whenever your up," I smiled.

"Why are you smiling?" She frowned. "The situation isn't funny."

"Because you parents think I'm a gentleman and respects their daughter," I said getting up.

"Oh," she sighed and looked back at me. "It wasn't a dream was it?"

I looked at her confused. Then it clicked. "No," I said. "You aren't afraid of me are you and don't tell no one?"

"I ain't afraid, just still unable to believe it," she said.
