Note: I play as Dolion and was not there for this session. This next portion is a retelling from the other party members (mostly Uldin).

Roll Call: Arlen, Eliodoro, Kai, Kinez'j, Uldin

The goblin group begin to pounce on the party with Uldin being in the center carrying the chest.
Rather conveniently, Kinez'j, having just left the bank after having a conversation with her boss Boh'b, finds the party. Kinez'j notices Uldin carrying the chest and, being a Vendalken herself, claims there's no way one of their kind could carry such a heavy chest. Kinez'j begins to become suspicious of Uldin's seemingly super strength.

The fighting breaks out and Uldin takes two arrows to the shoulder. Uldin manages to shift the chest to just one arm and ignite his Mizzium Gauntlet (a joke about the Infinity Gauntlet was made). Uldin then uses pocket grease to lube the surroundings of the goblins making the area into a rough terrain for them.

Kinez'j sneaks to the goblins and begins attacking, making death glares at Uldin, warning him to not drop the chest. Uldin becomes very intimidated by her and fears her much more than the goblins. He tosses the fire near a goblin to freak them out. This sparks an idea in Eliodoro. Eliodoro removes the cigarette from his mouth and claps it between his hands. The cigarette forms into a fire ball and he chunks it at a goblin who was already fleeing for his life. The goblin dies a very fiery and painful death and the party starts to question to motives of this policeman who so apathetically killed a fleeing enemy.

Kai uses a healing spell to help the damaged Uldin, and Arlen attacks and takes out another goblin. Kinez'j finishes off a third.

Upon seeing his injured friends, Kai points at the last standing goblin, and it dissolves into ash.
The party leaves the area and eventually makes their way to the bank. Outside the front entrance are two large giant statues with plates which Kinez'j tells the party require an offering to allow them entrance. They place a copper piece on the plate and make their way inside.
Once inside the bank, Boh'b comes down and inspects the chest, and opens it up. Inside is a hefty amount of pearls. Uldin believes the pearls to be ball bearings, and becomes confused as he has very little concept of money.

Boh'b takes the amount from the chest that is required to pay off the loan and the party plan to take the remaining amount in the chest (it having become much lighter now) down into the Orzhov vault the coming day once they've had time to rest up. They also discover that Estelle wishes for them to bring a certain tiara back from the vault as well.

Boh'b offers to hold on to the chest until tomorrow, but Uldin refuses to relinquish it as their job is to take it safely to the vault and he will not let it out of his sight until they have finished that task. Uldin isn't sure why these ball bearings are so important, but "gosh darn it they are, so he will do his job".

Eliodoro pays a gold piece to a local inn for everyone's lodging for the night and the first day of the adventure comes to an end.
