Jaylan: "And there we go," She says slowly sitting next to Brielle on her hospital bed drawing something on her cast "Whatcha think?" Brielle: "It's pretty," She says making Jaylan smile while putting the markers away "Mommy my arm itches." She whines Jaylan: "I bet it does," she says moving some hair out her face "But trust me you'll feel much better when it heals. And until then you get to wear one of the coolest casts." She says referring to the cast her and Tyler decorated for her Tyler: "All right I got different flavors. You have the option of grape, lime, or strawberry." He says coming into the room with a tray Brielle: "Lime please." She says drawing the word out Tyler: "Lime for the princess." He says holding it out to her while bowing making her laugh Jaylan: "How are you? With everything going on." Tyler: "Dreading going home and having to deal with it. So instead I'm gonna stay here for as long as I can." He says getting on the other side of the Brielle letting her curl up next to him while they start watching a movie together
Elena: "Jaylan, how's Caroline?" She asks when her and Bonnie walk over to where she's pacing back and forth Jaylan: "She's weak. They don't know if she's gonna make it." She says after giving Bonnie the side eye and sighing Elena: "What? Is there something that you can do? A spell or something?" She asks looking at Bonnie Damon: "She doesn't know how. Do you?" He says coming from around the corner making Jaylan tense up a little in awkwardness as he stands next to her Bonnie: "No, I don't." Damon: "No, you don't. Because it took Emily years to learn a spell like that." Bonnie: "Yeah, well, I can take down a vampire. That spell was easy to learn." Damon: "I can give Caroline some blood." Elena: "No. No way." She says making Jaylan consider it Damon: "Just enough to heal her. She'll be safe. It'll be out of her system. She'll be better." Elena: "I can't agree to that." Jaylan: "Good thing it's not up to you." Elena: "It's too risky." Jaylan: "Caroline is my best friend. This is yours" she says looking over at Bonnie who looks down in guilt "Im not gonna let her die. Are you?" Bonnie: "Do it." Damon: "If I do this, you and me, call a truce?" Bonnie: "No. But you'll do it anyway. For Jaylan." She says walking away and Jaylan goes to head to Caroline's room when Damon grabs her arm Damon: "I know this is the last thing you wanna do right now but we should all talk about what happened tonight." Elena: "Yeah one of the tomb vampires got into the house and almost killed John." She says making them look at her confused Jaylan: "What?" Damon: "What? When? What are you talking about? After I left?" Elena: "You were there?" Jaylan : "Come on, Elena, you know he was." She says sighing Elena: "When were you at the house?" Damon: "Really? Earlier? On the porch? Me and Jaylan." Jaylan: "Are you really make us say it?" She asks a little annoyed Damon: "Come on, we kissed, Elena." Elena: "You two kissed!?" She asks incredulous Jenna: "Elena? I came as soon as I got your message. How's John?" Elena: "Where have you been?" Jenna: "At the Fire Department.I had to fill out a report. I told you earlier." Elena: "No, you didn't." Jenna: "Yes, I did." Elena: "No, Jenna, you didn't." Jaylan: "Yeah she did. Elena I was right next to you when she said it." Damon: "Oh. Mm-mm. You gotta be kidding me." He says gaining the other threes attention
