i'm so excited that Caleb is coming with me and my mom to get ice cream
caleb is my favorite person ever and i may have a teeny tiny little bit of a crush on him
okay it's a huge crush he's so cute.
see his brother is so so rude and gross to everyone and you'd expect Caleb to be like that too
but nope you talk to Caleb and he's so nice and doesn't want anything but good for everyone
i feel bad that no one likes him. i don't know why either
i wonder if he knows i have a crush on him

that would be amazing. no one knows about my crush on him except for my mom
so when i told her he was coming she was so excited for me
"hey my moms here" i tell him and he nods
we walk to my moms car and get in
"hi Mrs March" Caleb says
"hi caleb how are you"
"i could be better how are you"

"are you okay?"
"my dad's here with my brother"

"he said we were just going home. i think he wanted me to leave so he could be with his favorite"
"that's probably not true your mom probably called and told him that we were going so he could too"

"now come on i really want some ice cream"
he laughs and we get our ice cream
as we sit down to eat it my mom comes up to us
"i'm going to pick up your sister from preschool and then i'll come and get you guys is that okay?" my mom asks and i nod
oh no now it's just me and him alone
it's like a date
"how's your ice cream?" i ask him
"amazing. i needed this after today. so how was your day?"
"not good i wanted to sit next to you but the stupid other kids were there"
"yeah me too. i'm near so many mean people. i've already gotten made fun of and my seat kicked"
"i'm sorry"
"well have you seen any cute guys"
"nope they're all ugly"
"same with the girls. except you you're not ugly you're pretty" he tells me and i blush
"really you think i'm pretty?"
"yeah, super pretty"
