"CALEB, JORDAN, UNCLE JACK IS HERE!" why not
"um caleb why is your uncle here?" Jordyn asks me
"i don't know let's see"
we walk upstairs from my room
and my uncle Jack is in my house holding Mason
"hi uncle um why are you here" i ask
"oh your mom and dad needed me to watch Mason while they go fuck each other at a hotel"
"ew! how do you know that"
"your dad told me but don't worry he brought plenty of condoms with him. now who's this girl" he says pointing to Jordyn
"oh this is Jordyn shes my girlfriend"
"aye my boy has a girl. have you guys fucked each other yet"
"and this is why you're the creepy uncle"
"hey! i am not the creepy uncle"
"yeah you are uncle" jordan says coming downstairs

"you know i'm surprised my mom would let you be apart of our family"

"didn't you always hit on our mom and fight with our dad"
"yeah but they forgave me. just like they forgave corbyn and daniel and i mean daniel betrayed your mom and corbyn ch- well you guys are too young to learn about what happened"
"wait didn't uncle corbyn and our mom date. wait uncle daniel and uncle corbyn are married now. i'm confused"
"ask your parents about it. anyways i'm going to go play with this cute little guy. he's so adorable"
"we know"
"okay leave us alone bye" he walks away and me and Jordyn walk down to my room
"that was weird."
"i know right. he never comes over"
"do you like him?"
"yeah i guess. do you have any uncles i should meet. i only know your mom and your sister"
"yeah i have a few more relatives. don't you think it's really early to meet them?"
"no. you've met my whole family."
"well i don't think i'm ready for you to meet them"
"why not?"
"they're weird and really picky"
"so you think they won't like me?"
"no i never said that"
"but you said they're picky."
"yeah they know what they like and-"
"and they won't like me. gee thanks babe i feel special to you"
"Caleb seriously. you are special to me and you know that. i'm just saying that they're extra picky about me and my relationships."
"you haven't been in relationships though. how can they care if it's like that"
"i don't know. look caleb i'm just saying i'm not ready for you to meet them. i've only met your mom dad brothers and one uncle"
"well i've only met your mom and sister so still you know more about my family then i know about yours"
"okay so do you want to meet my dad cause i would like to meet him too." her voice starts to get louder and angrier so i take her hands to get her to calm down
"baby i don't want to fight. i just want to know more and be closer to my girlfriend. i love you so much and i just need to meet my future family" i kiss her hands and she smiles
"you're so cute Caleb. i'm sorry i was getting angry i just hate talking about my family. they would absolutely love you i just know how they feel about boys when it comes to relationships and i don't want them to scare you away"
"they wouldn't scare me away. why would they? how do they even feel?"
"well my dad left my mom when she was at the hospital giving birth to me and ever since i guess they just hated any boys with any girls in our family"
"what about your sister?"
"my mom had her with her boyfriend but then he left her too. i really liked him but he was only using my mom for sex" she looks down and i notice a tear fall down her cheek
i use my thumb to wipe it away and i pull her onto my lap
"hey don't cry"
"i just felt so bad for my mom. she always told me that she thought they would get married and then he just left once he got her pregnant" she starts to cry even more and i pull her closer to me her head falling on my shoulder as she sobs
"shh it's okay don't cry"
"i-i"
"dont talk just relax. i love you so much and i hate seeing you like this"
"i'm sorry"
"you dont need to apologize baby. just relax okay"
she takes deep breaths and soon she's stopped crying and i notice she's asleep
i lay her down next to me and pull her close to my chest
i kiss her forehead and smile
i love her so much.
i don't know what i would do without her in my life
she is the most special thing ever and i know we'll be together forever
