EDITED

On there way home, Mia notices it's not the way that they would typically go; in fact, they are going a totally different way. "Mum where are we going," Mia asked her mum smiled. "I brought a villa it's three-bedroom, unfortunately, one bathroom, but with you not here it didn't matter. You have a new bed. I sold the other one a Brought a cheap bed. I hope that's ok," her mum said. When Miahla brought her old bed she loved it, now that she's older all she cared about is that mattress. Mia nodded as they drove into a cute little street in the suburbs of Como.

"You Brought a place, that's amazing," Mia said amazed with her mother. "Thank you darling" now I hope you like this place; it's a town stow story house, it's quite compact but so beautiful, with an amazing front and back garden.

Mia's mum pulled up to the small petite house, with a lovely front garden. "It's beautiful," Miahla said, looking out the front windscreen. "Let's get you inside, I'm sure you're tired," she said, definitely understanding how she felt, Miahla yawned.

The mother and daughter got Mia's two bags out of the car. Their dog, more like Mia's baby pixie somehow senses that she was home, started barking and jumping up and down on the door. "Pix stop, down girl" her mum Leah said, making Miahla chuckle a little at her pup.

"Hey baby," she said as they tried to walk through the door with Pixie jumping up and down on her owner. Miahla took her bags in her room, which was the spare room now, which Pixie followed and jumped up on the bed, kissing Mia, and cuddles.

Mia didn't realize that she had fallen asleep, until 2 hours later, she could smell some of her mum's fantastic cooking. She stretched and yawned getting out of bed, checking her phone to see text, notifications from Facebook, Instagram and snap chat. One of the messages caught her eye instantly.

Nicolas. "Hey Mia, I hope that's wasn't you on the phone, when I call the lawyer for the opposition. P.S I am free in the middle of the week. I would love it if you could show me around your home city." She ready quietly in her head, Mia somehow had a smile on her face and replied forgetting about the other messages, and replied instantly

"I have my secrets you have yours, I would love to and I can explain things might get messy" Miahla answered back. Locking her phone to see all the other messages and re[lied to each of them individually and letting her close friends know that she was home and wanted to view them all.

Miahla and her mum sat out the front in the small enclosed garden, having their Owen refreshments with their dinner, which Leah made Miahla's favourite meal Spaghetti bolognese.

"Have you met anyone?" Mum asked Miahla shook her head, knowing that she had some attraction to Nickolas, though they hadn't gone out on a date, so it was more a crush.

She shook her head, hoping that her mother wouldn't ask about it again. "What are you going to do while you are back?" She asked, "I might see if people will hire someone from an overseas university, but I'm going to continue to write my stories, and my new novel" Miahla responded. Leah, her mum nodded.

"I'll be working, so if you want to earn some money, let me know, and I can get you a few shifts at the restaurant." Her mum told her. Thank you, that would be great, but just days please" Miahla asked, "Of course, now how is our health, any problems?" She questioned, eager to know how her daughter's health is going.

"Its good, I know I have an appointment next week, hence why I came back, but all good I just hope I don't need another operation, I mean I had three in the space of two years, I just want to stay clear of hospitals" Miahla complain, but with a slight chuckle. More people in the world had it much worse.

"You're always going to have to go to the hospital, but fingers crossed that you don't need to for a while," her mother said with her fingers crossed. Later that night, Mia went to bed early considering she had a 2-hour nap.

Morning broke. Pixie licked Mia's face waking her up. "Off pix" Mia moaned. But pixie continued to lick, trying to wake her up and get out of bed. Miahla groaned loudly, looking at her phone seeing it was 10 am.

Being who she is, Mia instantly got up realizing that a quarter of her day had already past. Mia walked downstairs, with no one home, her mum mentioned that had work early, so she figured that she left hours ago. She found a note saying that there is breakfast in the cupboard or she could come to the restaurant and have breakfast and do a couple of hours to pay off the meal or earn some money while she heard even though she still had AU (Australian dollars) in her bank account.

Miahla took Pixie out on a walk to enjoy the spring weather that Miahla misses so much. As she walked down the unfamiliar streets of Como, she new some parts of Como going up a few suburbs near there; it seemed a lot had been done and changed since her mum had been looking for a place two years ago.

Her phone buzzed as she was walking along, pixie stopped to mar her territory at most of the trees, she looked up and saw there was a park just down the street, so pixie could run around off lead also so she could reply to her new friends that followed her to her home state.

'wow, he's trying hard to get my attention' Miahla thought to herself. She answered the call. "You're trying Mr Black," Mia spoke with a chuckle. "Umm, So was it you?" He asked, knowing what he was talking about she decided to play along. "Was what me?" She asked with a smirk on her face.

"That phone call yesterday, did you answer it? Are you his daughter?" He asked, concerned "What if I was?" She asked, "Well if you were, I think I would have the perfect plan to stop my dad from doing this project, like your father, if that's who is doing the project" he spoke.

"How, and am I just one of your objects to stop your father?" She said a little angry and upset. "No, I agree with your father, but my dad wants to do it for the money," Nickolas explained, "Um, so does my dad," she said in a sour tone.

"Ok, how about we talk about it at lunch. I found this nice restaurant or cafe; it just opened recently in a place called kings park," he spoke. "Um sorry, but I will be working there, cause my mums the chef their so.." She said, "Oh um ok, well where is the best place in Perth where we won't get noticed?" He asked Mia chuckled. "You do realize that because we are in Perth and its so isolated people will notice you. That's  if they know who you are" she explained "Right, ok, well" he started "Look come to kings park, to my mums cafe and I will order something for us and we can find somewhere quiet to eat" Mia said, as she watched her dog Pixie run around with another dog.

"Ok thank you, what time," he asked "I will text you all the details" Mia responded "See you later" she replied and called pixie to come back so they can walk back home so she could head off to her mum's work.
