Morgan peered through the window of the nursery, as they all stared at Baby Boy Barton wrapped in a blue blanket, a single tear escaped her eye.
"You okay?" Tony asked.
"Um... yeah." Morgan nods and puts on a convincing smile.
Tony nodded as he left, he knew something was wrong with his daughter but he didn't want to push her.
Ana can see through Morgan's fake smile, "What?"
"What 'what'?" Morgan questions.
"I saw the look." Ana sighs leaning against the wall, "So, what's wrong?"
"Nothing." Morgan started to walk away.
Ana followed her, "You can lie to everyone but you can't lie to me."
"Will you quit following me?!"
"No, not unless you tell me what's wrong."
They came to an empty room. Ana then realizes, "How long?"
"Excuse me?!"
"How long are you planning on hiding the truth?" Ana explained, looking at her friend's belly.
"Forever, I guess." Morgan shrugs. "John was just deployed and broke up with me last week. I can't do this alone."
Ana understood to some extent, the feeling of being left alone. Hell! For 22 years she was utterly and completely alone. But this was different, Morgan felt she's inadequate all because John wasn't there.
Morgan sat on the bed, "I don't know how."
"Well," Ana sighs, "you have two options: you can tell everyone or we are in a hospital I'm sure we'll find someone who can help you with an abortion."
"No, I'm keeping my baby!" Morgan cried.
Ana smiles, "So go and tell everyone..."
"I'll wait til we get back." Morgan sighed as she stood up.
"How did you even find out? If John only left last week wouldn't it be too soon." Ana curious.
"Uncle Bruce." Morgan admitted. "I came to his lab on the day that John left and Dad had just invented a machine that would prove if a person's pregnant or not. Uncle Bruce had me test if it worked and the results came out positive."
"What?! That could have been a false positive..."
"We also thought that at first but I had an ultrasound in the machine that we used for Ant Man."
"So, does Uncle Nick know?"
"Yeah," Morgan said sarcastically, "like I'll tell Fury... when hell freezes."
