"Sam! We staying here till mommy and daddy come back! I like it" Sophia jumped and hugged me when I came in.

"Yeah, we are" I tried to sound enthusiastic, but it wasn't working.

"Hi Samantha. Have a good day at school?" miss Lovato asked.
She looked different at home. She wasn't my teacher here, she was a sweet lady with a cute daughter.
It was still horrible to be here, though.

"Yeah" I mumbled.

"Follow me upstairs and I'll show you your room" she said. I followed her with my bags.

"You wanna sleep alone, or with Sophia?" She asked.

"Where's Sophia gonna sleep?"

"Either with you, or with Sierra"

"I'll sleep alone, then. She can sleep in Sierra's room"

"Okay, go get settled then. I'll be downstairs if you need anything" she said and left.

The room was pretty nice. It was as big as mine, had two beds and everything I would need. There were two towels on the bed, a huge mirror, make up, hair stuff and a lot more.
I brought my own stuff, but it was nice of her to think about these thinks for me.

I lay down on the bed and it was really comfortable.

I don't know what came over me, but all of a sudden I started crying. I don't know why. I was just silently crying on the bed, soaking the pillow.
After a few minutes I fell asleep.

I was woken up by miss Lovato talking to me.

"Samantha? Are you okay? Is everything alright? Were you crying?"

Oh crap.

"Yes, miss Lovato, I'm fine" I said, trying to sound convincing.

"Call me Demi, please. We're not in school" she said. I nodded.

"Are you sure? Do you need anything?" she sounded concerned.

"No thanks, I'm fine. Just a little tired"

"Ok, well, dinner's ready, so come down when you are" she left the room.

What came over me? Why did I cry? Why was I so tired? I was never this tired, after returning from school.

What was happening to me?

I was deep in thought, as I went downstairs for dinner.
