We entered the house to see Demi with the biggest smile on her face and teary eyes. Guess Wilmer asked her already.
She ran over to me and hugged me, tightly.

"Thank you so much, Sam. You don't even know what this means to me" she said.
I decided to play dumb.

"What are you talking about?" I asked.

"Oh, don't play the dumbass here. I know you told him and made him ask me out again"

"Someone asked you out? That's so cool! Who?"

"Stop that! I know it was you. Why else would you've said good luck before you left. Now give me another hug" she said.
I smiled at her and gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek.

"Thank you so much! You're really amazing" she smiled.

"Okay, okay, we get the picture. Now go pick something to wear for tonight"

"Ha, told you you knew. You know where we're going tonight, also?"

"Yep"

"Will you tell me? Wilmer won't"

"Guess it has to be a surprise, then" I said and walked to the living room.

"Mommy, lady asked Sam if we sisters" I heard Sierra say.

"Who?"

"Dunno"

"Oh. Okay. I'll ask Sam later. Now go take your coat off and go play with Sophia" Demi said.

I entered the kitchen and saw Wilmer standing there.

"So, I think it went well. Am I right, or am I right?"

"You're right"

"As usual" I added, "And was it that hard?"

"No, it actually wasn't"

"Told you so"

"There were a few tears involved, though"

"I figured"

"How?"

"Demi"

"Oh. Yeah, we both cried a little, but guess what? Were going out tonight! Thank you so much!" He said and gave me a hug. He looked so excited, it was cute.

Demi came into the kitchen.

"Sam, what lady was Sierra talking about?" she asked.

"Oh, I have no freaking idea who she is, so I didn't answer her"

"What are you talking about?" Wilmer asked.

"There was this weird lady that asked me if Sophia and Sierra are my sisters. When I asked her for a reason to why she wanted to know it, she said she was just curious, so I didn't answer her question. She kept on staring at us, though, so I came home earlier. She was really creeping me out"

"Weird" Wilmer said.

"I know, but whatever. I probably won't see her again, so might as well forget about it"

"Soph and Sierra, come down and say goodbye to mommy and daddy" Wilmer yelled.

"Hey, you're not Soph's mom and dad"

"For the time she's her, we are"

"So does that mean you're mine, too?"

"Kinda"

"Ew, my mom is my teacher. That's weird"

"Who cares? She's not your teacher here, and not your mom in school, so it works out perfectly fine, right?"

"Where you going?" Sierra asked.

"Mommy and daddy are going out somewhere tonight. Sam's gonna give you dinner and bring you to bed. Be good girls, okay?" Wilmer said.
They both nodded their heads.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Demi asked.

"Why do you always worry so much? Just go and enjoy yourself. We'll be totally fine"

"You hav-"

"Yes, I have your number. Now go and have fun" I interrupted.
Wilmer started laughing and Demi smiled at me.

"Thank you" she said, as she gave me a hug.

"Be good girls" she said to Sierra and Sophia, before giving them a hug and leaving.

"Come girls. Let's have dinner and we can watch a movie afterwards, okay?"

They both jumped up and ran to the kitchen.
Time to have some fun with the little princesses.
