"...and embrace the power that comes with it," I said chokingly into the shocked silence my words invoked.
It had seemed like the ideal plan. I would get rid of the plight of my life and it would be entirely with the person of my choosing. There would be no more grand schemes from mother or even god trying to outwit me out of my blasted virginity. The power surge would be massive. It would surely serve to overcome mother's blasted curse on Michael and revert him back to his true form. Giving him back his freedom.
And I... well I would retain the skin on my back, be a full fledged being of power and will, most importantly, no longer have to contend with mother's endless annoying schemes. I would be able to stand freely against her.
I wouldn't ever have to cower before her again and Michael, well the surge of power for him should last him a good long while. He would be beyond any further mistreatment from both god and my mother.
We would both be free. Free. Free. Free.
The very idea was mind blowing. I was almost delirious with the unimaginable possibilities.
It would be perfect. Perfect. Perfect.
Could someone tell me it will be perfect?
Please say it will be.
It will be perfect.
I looked to William's frozen expression. Was he ever going to speak again?
Frozen Michael wasn't any better and more importantly he was vastly uncomfortable. I tried to move within his stiffened folds but he appeared to be too frozen solid in sheer shock.
I sank back gloomily within his stiff folds and decided to wait it out for him to thaw down sufficiently so that we could discuss this like the mature adults we were.
