The next day, everyone was back in the colosseum for the doubles match. Today it is a match between Mercury and Emerald vs Coco and Yatsuhashi. Y/N stared at Emerald and Mercury intensely. Ruby noticed and tapped his shoulder.

"What's wrong, Y/N?" She asked, concerned.

"oh! I... I don't know. I feel like something is off about Emerald and Mercury. Like, they aren't telling us something. I don't know." He went back into thinking in his mind. The stage randomizer chose 4 separate areas.

Forest

Cave

City

Savannah

It was a weird change from the standard two sides of the arena being different. Now it's four.

"Hey, love the outfit, kid." Coco said to Emerald.

"I'll try not to get blood on it." She said back. Yatsuhashi stood up, taking out his big ass sword.

"I can't promise that you'll leave here without a scratch." He said.

"Don't worry, I won't be the one bleeding."

"Oh I like her." Coco pointed at Emerald.

"Battle start!"

Emerald and Mercury just slowly walked backwards into the long savannah grass with a devilish grin on their faces. Coco then got her weapon out, turning it into a Gatling gun, and shot through the grass, cutting it all down to size. They were nowhere to be seen. Yatsuhashi pushed Coco out of the way to block Mercury's airborne attack. Coco tried to shoot him more as he ran. Mercury then started to kick Yatsuhashi as he dodged his and Coco's attacks. He then got to a point to where he was behind Coco, forcefully holding her gun to Yatsuhashi's chest. She then transformed her gun back and swiped behind her, only for Mercury to dodge.

He then shot two explosive shots from his feet. After the two shots were destroyed by the two Beacon fighters, they watched as Mercury made a giant whirlwind of shots. He fired them all, leaving them dazed. He kicked them apart. Out of nowhere a chain grabbed Coco and dragged her into the forest. Mercury kicked Yatsuhashi, only for him to grab Mercury's neck and throw him into the cave area. Yatsuhashi jumped super high in the air and slammed his sword down on Mercury's feet, creating a large impact. The stage shook as the cave part went down a little bit. Mercury then kicked some rocks at him and kicked him into a hot springs geyser, which erupted.

Coco was dragged into a tree, which broke her glasses.

"Take that back... I don't like her."

Emerald appeared before Coco and shot at her, only for Coco to dodge and retaliate. After swinging from the trees, she disappeared. Yatsuhashi came behind Coco.

"Watch out, she's in the trees."

"OH, and with that final blow, Yatsuhashi is out." Port announced.

"WHAT?!" Coco looked back to see no one there. Her hands were shaking. She was scared. She was attacked from behind by Emerald, ending the match. Everyone felt bad...

After the tournament, everyone went back to Beacon. Blake went somewhere, Weiss was with Winter somewhere, and Y/N, Ruby, Yang, and Qrow were in the dorm playing video games.
