It has been a couple hours since Yang and Weiss won their match with Flynt and Neon. Y/N was nowhere to be found. Everyone in team RWBY besides Y/N went and ate and came back to the colosseum.

"Hey, Yang? Do you know where Y/N is? He's been gone for several hours and I'm starting to worry a bit." Ruby asked her older Sister.

"Didn't he tell you?" Yang asked back.

"Tell me what?

"He's going to be in the first singles match." Weiss answered.

"What?! He could get hurt, killed even! Why would he take part in the tournament?" Ruby started to worry even more.

"I think he'll be alright. It's a one on one battle. Plus, he Is a capable fighter. He just has a lesser defense than everyone here does due to his lack of an Aura, but I think he'll be fine." Blake stated plainly. Ruby sighed.

"I hope so..."

"ALRIGHT! IT IS FINALLY TIME FOR THE SINGLES MATCHES TO BEGIN. FOR THE FIRST MATCH, WE WILL HAVE A SPECIAL APPEARANCE OF A BOY FROM ANOTHER WORLD WHO CURRENTLY ATTENDS BEACON ACADEMY: Y/N L/N!!" Port announced as Y/N walked out onto the arena floor, sword on his back, revolver on his side. Everyone cheered for him. He looked up at Ruby with a big smile and a wave. She waved back with a calm smile.

"Man, there are a lot more people here than there was back at the school's training arena. Hell, there's more people than there was in this year's E3. What am I saying? Nothing good came out of this year's E3 except Doom Eternal and Keanu Reeves. Silly me. Either way, there is a lot of people here." Y/N rambled to himself. Then a girl with gray hair, grey eyes, grey hands, and grey veins on her skin came onto the arena floor.

"HIS OPPONENT IS ALL THE WAY FROM HAVEN ACADEMY: TRIFA FULAN!" (I don't think she has a last name so i faked one for her secret inclusion to the tournament.) Blake's eyes widened. She had a sense of fear and hatred towards that girl.

"I take back what I said about him being fine." Blake said.

"What?!"

"I knew her, from the White Fang. She is probably going try to kill him. She is a spider faunus who can create different types of webbing from her hands. She also wields a knife. Y/N will not stand a chance against her."

"Well, I guess he's going to find that out in a minute." Yang crossed her arms. Ruby was about to panic until Weiss put her hand on her shoulder.

"Don't worry. I believe that he'll do well. After all, he did this for you." Weiss said with a slight smile, trying to calm Ruby down.

"F-For me? What do you mean?"

"Normally in teams of five, the fifth person wouldn't participate in the tournament because that is considered cheating. He specifically went to Ozpin to ask if he could be in a singles match. Ozpin allowed it." Weiss explained.

"But why would he do that if there is a big risk he could get hurt or even killed?"

"He wanted to show you how strong he's gotten since he came here. He wanted to make you proud of him not as a girlfriend, but as a teammate and a leader." Weiss said. Ruby hung her head down.

"Do.. you guys ever feel like we dont take consideration for Y/N's feelings as a teammate? Like normally we tell him to sit out on large fights because we want to protect him since he doesnt have an Aura, but what if that's not what he wants?" Ruby looked at her team as they looked back with shocked eyes.
