The dragon stretched, grinning. "Cactus! Good to see you!" They said. They had dark-blue scales and their wings, instead of like a normal nightwing's it looked like a nebula. He was a Rain-night hybrid. He was also, I might add, very annoying.
His name was Dreamstalker, and he only exists in the mind. That doesn't mean he can't hurt us, as he's already demonstrated.
I roll my eyes. "Sure." I mutter. I sat there quietly, as you already know I'm not one for talking. I just come here because... well... actually, I sorta just come here because I feel bad for him. Not that you'll ever get me to say that again. Especially not to his face. Even though we'd only met a few days ago, he already considered me a good friend and relied on me for company. He had said something about how the others were 'too full of questions' or something.
Anyways, back to the current moment, he's jumping up and down and clearly wants to say something. I give him a look and he tries to contain his excitement but instead accidentally started making me hallucinate. I felt dizzy. "Stop," I gasped, almost falling over, and he yelped. The things faded and my mental strain was gone. "Tell me... what it is... already," I breathed, impatient.
"I found you a way out of here."
