My 3 favourite things about internet best friends:
1. Most of the time, you can't see them. You can't judge each other's looks. Their hair, eyes, skin colour, nothing.
2. You can tell each other anything and they can't tell anyone you know in person about it.
3. It's a person that's willing to hang out with you because of your personality. Not your looks, not your friends, just YOU. The real you.
