We have that one friend.

The one that, despite having their own struggles, will listen to you for hours about yours.
The one that puts everyone and everyone above themselves.
The one that will text you, and after hours, days or even weeks, gets a response. And despite that, they'll listen to you and forgive you.
The one that's constantly left out of the group but stays because you asked them to.
The one that's forgotten, but doesn't complain.
The one that needs someone, but never asks for help.

Maybe you're that one friend. Or maybe you know that one friend.

Help them.
