It's finally the day of the event. Everyone was getting ready behind the stage, except for one person.

"Guys... Are we really doing this...?" Shinomiya asked the group, which had an uneasy atmosphere around them.

"We have to. She wouldn't want us to disappoint the fans." Camus stated but was still feeling down since the girl couldn't make it.

"Let's all do our best, everybody!" Reiji exclaimed, trying to make the mood happier a bit but it doesn't seem to be working.

"Starish, Quartet Night, you're on in 2." One of the staffs said.

"Everyone, do your best!" Nanami cheered them as they gave them the best smile they could.

"Let's not fail our fans and of course, her." Tokiya said in a calm matter as he looked towards the stage.

"Yeah!"

"Guys, you're on." The same staff said and the 11 of them soon went on the stage, Nanami crossing her fingers.

Meanwhile with Zack

The model was in his waiting room resting while looking at his phone.

"So it's their turn..."

"I wonder will they be alright." Luke said while preparing some snacks for Zack.

"Hopefully..."

In the hospital...

Monitors were everywhere.

The air was cold due to the air conditioner.

The TV was on, showing Starish and Quartet Night performing.

No one was in the room.

Just a girl.

With papers around her.

Fully written in music.

And an unfinished letter.

Time Skip

After their performance, everyone in the audience was stunned. Starish and Quartet Night were panting hardly, confused.

Did we make a mistake...?

Everyone thought the same thing. But soon, loud cheers erupted from the audience and confettis appeared.

The 11 of them were glad that that everything was a success but now they really need to go to the hospital to see her.

After they did a small talk with the fans, they headed to their resting area only to see Zack was there, with his head hung low.

"Zack? What are you doing here?" Ittoki asked the male.

"You guys are amazing. I'm so proud of you guys. I can't wait to see you guys perform soon."

"Uh... Moriyama-san, you're creeping us out." Ren said only to earn a 'tsk' from the male.

"Wha-"

Just before the flirt could continue, a crumpled paper was thrown to his beautiful face.

"Hey!"

But everyone just saw Zack who had walked away from them. Not before saying,

"Go see her."
