The summer provided changes for everyone. Josie and I got closer while Park and Selena were going strong. Aunt Luna and Uncle Major moved back while Aunt Lakin and Aunt Mia went back home so Larissa could start senior year of high school.

We spent the rest of the summer with everyone hanging out together except for Britt. We asked where she was, and Pat was sketchy about it. I have a feeling when we found out; we wouldn't be happy.

It was a chance to hang with my brothers during the summer until we went back to school. Pranks abounded, and someone was always getting their ass beat. Matthew even lightened up and wasn't so severe. Family can have that effect on you.

Overall, it was a glorious summer, but like all good things, it must end.

Ma and Pops went back to school to help us get to settle into the new house. Shaun stayed in the place he stayed in over the summer. I think he's avoiding Pax, but that wouldn't last long. Pax has plans of his own.

Selena was staying with the girls, and the cousins have a rental place while it left the four of us in a house together. The girls also got two new roommates who we didn't know, but I feel we would, and they would affect our lives with chaotic results.

After we got settled, we hugged our parents, and they left. I turned to the twins as Parker stood next to me.

"Whatever you two have planned, don't even think about it," I warned them.

Patton and Paxton smirked as I rolled my eyes. The twins would take college by storm, and the shit would hit the fan.

Let's hope none of us go to jail.

Pax

Patton and I left the house to meet up with Kaxon and Mason to check out the campus. We met them in the town square as we looked around at everyone and everything.

"I have a feeling this year is going to be insane," Mason mentioned.

"Pft, people have seen nothing yet. We haven't gotten started yet," Kaxon said.

"Payton already threatened us that if we end up in jail, he will beat the hell out of us," Patton told Mason and Kaxon.

"Payton will have to catch us first," I smirked as they all looked at me. "It's our turn and time to show the world what a force of nature we are."

I looked at the others as they smiled as we stood there. The world might not know us yet, but they will, and it will take some special people to reel us in from creating complete havoc at school.

While Pat deals with his situation with Britt, Mason would fight with someone else over a girl, finding love elsewhere, and Kaxon would meet his match finally. I had plans of my own with Shaun.

We started walking as we talked and laughed. Life was about to get interesting for everyone now that we were together. They say with great minds; there come fantastic things. No one knew it yet, but people would find out quickly what it is to mess with a Gray and Harper even if it pitted family against family.

This year would make or break us. Hopefully, it strengthens us. I guess we'll wait and see.
