chapter twenty eight

Adesuwa POV

The black SUV pulled into the large drive way, from outside I could hear the loud music playing. I was expecting the driver to take us to Aso villa but instead we arrived in another place.

Kezz sent a car and a driver to pick me, he said he won't be able to pick me up himself. I stepped down from the car and walked to the porch, I was about to enter when the door pulled open and I was standing face to face with a pissed off Tony.

Surprise enveloped my face " what are you doing here?"

"That's a question meant for you" he fired back

"I just got here, why are you na pissed at me?"

"Didn't you get my text" he bellowed as he ran his fingers through his hair in frustration. The way he did it captivated me, it made me want to run my fingers through his hair.

"When did you send it" I asked with confusion written all over my face. I didn't see any text message.

"An hour ago"

I shook my head " my phone is dead" I waved the dead phone in front of him

He pulled his hair, worry had already set in his face, he looked like someone that had met a ghost.

"Is anything the matter?"

"You're not supposed to be here" he muttered but I could clearly hear him " you need to leave this party, my brother..."

I halted his words with my hand, I didn't understand a thing he was saying, why is he in Kezz party? Why is he telling me to leave? Who is his brother?

" What are saying? I don't get, Who is your brother? "

"Kezz" he replied pulling me into a shock stance.

He and Kezz are brothers, same father, same mother that means Tony is also the president son. Now that I'm thinking of it, why didn't I ever piece the surnames together.

I didn't hear the other things he said before this "....I need to get my car keys, don't go anywhere Adesuwa" he warned and ran back inside.

I stood in front of the porch still trying to process what Tony told me. He and Kezz are brothers.... now I remember the last social night, during the awards I thought they made mistake to call their names together.

I stood outside waiting for Tony to return I wonder why he was so paranoid but then I got this feeling like a warning signal. I felt my legs moving towards the door and I couldn't stop myself, the door swung open again and I came face to face with Kezz. He flashed me a bright smile and then pulled me into a hug.

  "You made it!" he exclaimed "I didn't think you'll make it, I'm so glad"

I grinned loving the feeling of his body on mine " I wont miss it for anything Kezz" 

"Come in " he invited me in and I followed him.

 Entering inside the house, it looked like paradise, well paradise with a lot of drunk teenagers. Most of them are from our school while some I've actually never seen their face. Kezz puled me to where his friends sat, I was actually expecting to see Saif but he wasn't here, it was just Bayo, Nosa, his girlfriend and Janet.

"She made it" Nosa said with a bit of surprise laced in his tone

 "Yes she made it, any problem with that Nosa?" Bayo corked his brow at Nosa and then returned to checking out Janet when Nosa shook his head. Janet scowled at me but then the scowl disappeared when Bayo slipped ahis hand under her mini skirt and I could literally hear her moan at whatever Bayo was doing to her.

"Dance with me " Kezz requested but I turned him down. I wasn't in the mood to dance and I was trying to remember what I was supposed to do....I was missing something or better still forgetting.

"Don't you think its time to offer your girlfriend a drink" Bayo asked as he twirled a strand from Janet weavon.

  "Are you people a thing now" I asked but all I received was laughter from Bayo and Janet

  "We're more like friends with benefits" Bayo replied

"Ummmh excuse me, I need to go to toilet, ummh Adesuwa can you excort me "

  I scrunched up my nose "ewww, I don't think so"

"Can you please I need help in adjusting the zip of my cloth" She persuaded

 "Babes, your top doesn't have a zip. I think you'll be fine on your own" he threw her a deadly glare, I would have missed it but I didn't and I didn't take it as anything. Janet sauntered away but not before giving me a weird look

" I'll be back baby let me get you a drink" Kezz pecked my cheeks and was about to go when Bayo stopped him.

"Its not polite to leave your girlfriend standing. I'll get the drink " he turned to me " what would you like?"                                                                                                                                                             

"Anything that's not alcohol"

  "My pleasure mon Cherie" he did a fake bow and left.

I know its been a while but I'm done with my exams so I would be posting on the regular with my friends system since I still don't have a working phone. this chapter is not much but like the say half bread is better than none.
