Chapter thirty four

Adesuwa POV

"Gosh I can't wait! can you believe it's remaining just one paper for us to finish NECO" Chioma shouted as she twirled round

We just finished writing trade subjects and Chioma was offering Fishery with me, Tina and Joshua were offering Dyeing and Bleaching while Tony and Justice were offering Electrical Installation and Maintenance so were all in different halls.

"Have you bought your graduation cloth?" Chioma asked out of the blues

I shook my head, wondering why she was asking.

"Good we are going shopping together" she said and began counting things she'd buy and what hair she would make.

I nodded my head and then sighted the rest of our friends heading towards us with beaming smiles. I still couldn't believe secondary School was over...not technically sha but we had just one paper to go,  we've done our valedictory service and then graduation.

I was grateful for the kind of friends I had, Chioma had become more like a hen since I got back from the hospital. She was pissed at me for trying to end my life according to her, she has not seen her god child yet.

Joshua and Justice were still the fun loving guys I became friends with at the beginning of ss3. They were extremely caring and protective of me.

Saifan, I was angry with him because of his relationship with Kezz but when Tony explained to me that he did not know anything about it as he was in Saudi Arabia that time and that he was the reason I'm still alive...I can't help but keep our friendship.

Tina and I were no longer as close as we were like the beginning of ss3, she explained to me that she was in love with Tony that's why she kinda drifted away and other things I can't remember.

Tony, I don't think I can thank him enough....he....I really don't know what to say about him but I know something has changed between us....he understands me and he has not brought up the topic of our almost kiss five or four months ago, same kiss I've not stopped thinking about, thinking of how his lips would feel on mine....I know I'm going crazy.

"Can you believe it babe" Joshua grinned and pulled Chioma into a hug before placing a long kiss on her lips

Yeah, you heard right, Chioma and Joshua are dating. You remember Bolu right? The junior students Justice was head over heels for.... well their dating. Joshua and Justice decided to ask both of them out on Valentine's day.

I sighted Kezz from afar coming out with his friends, the spawn of Satan... Bayo, the stupid... Nosa and Saif. I watched as they chatted, Saif look like he didn't want to be anywhere near them but then I don't think they took notice since he has always been the quiet one.

Kezz eyes locked on mine, I expected fireworks but none came, I expected my heart to beat fast instead it clenched. Bayo noticed he was not listening to what he was saying so he turned around facing me with a death glare, I quickly looked away.

"Are you okay?" Tony stood beside me taking my hands in his as he stared down at me with worry.

"Yeah" I replied squeezing his palm in assurance

"You're sure?" He asked brushing  my front hair.

I smiled at him and nodded but then I noticed something else in his expression, it was like he was determined.

"The love birds have secluded themselves" Joshua said and everyone bursted into laughter minus me who was blushing badly and Tony who had a smug look.

"I'm still wondering what their waiting for, they should just make it official" Chioma added and turned to me with a knowing look.

"Abi, they've been so cozy for the past months and yet nothing to show for it" Justice said and then turned to Tony " I'm deeply disappointed" he fakes seriousness but burst into laughter after saying it " guy you have to man up, be a man" Justice pats Tony on his shoulder.
