Tears rushed to his eyes as he opened the door. He looked around. No one was in sight. He placed her on the back seat and drove the car to a corner near where he was sitting before.
He opened the first-aid box which he found a minute ago and did whatever he knew. And that was right due to his fortunate.
He decided to drove to a hospital. But the fuel tank was very low that they would stop in the mid-way and they were at the outskirts of city. He too didn't have any vehicle. So it was impossible!
He sprinkled some water on her face and patted her cheeks. She didn't respond. He repeated it. She opened her eyes slightly.
He let out a sigh on relief and patted her cheeks. She opened her eyes fully and got up immediately.
"Where am I?!" She shouted remembering nothing.
"I found you in this car with bleeding forehead. There is no problem now. Just you hit your head. I did first-aid."
Naina recalled everything and after a moment of silence, she muttered a thanks.
"It's okay....Your car's fuel tank is very low. You can't go back home."
"Hn?" She responded coming out of her trance.
"You can go home in morning. I can't disturb Munna at this time. Once it's dawn, I will inform him and he will get you back home."
She nodded. "Thank you.....umm....till then..."
"You can sleep in your car. I am not in a mood to sleep. So I will be awake. You don't worry."
"You can sleep. I think can't sleep." She smirked to herself.
"Okay. If you feel sleepy, then inform me. I will be there." He told pointing towards a grass field and strode towards there.
He rested on the grass and looked at his watch. "12.10" It blinked. He glanced at the dark sky. Moon was shining brightly accompanied by stars.
"Sameer!" He heard a soft voice calling him in a low tone. She spoke as he turned. "Can I join you?"
He smiled and nodded moving slightly away making a place for her to sit. They were silent for a moment.
"What were you doing there?" Sameer asked turning to his left partially.
"Umm....I was driving madly...as a result I hit the tree." She murmured playing with the grass.
"Why?"
She was silent for a moment and then explained. "There was a problem at home."
"Hmm..." He bobbed and stared at the sky. She too did the same. Both sat like that with the blinking light of the car accompanied by Moon and Stars.
"Did you eat?"
"Umm....no!" She replied controlling back her tears.
"Wait!" He got up and walked to the road. "Naina!!" He called out. She turned. He signalled her to come. She went to him.
"There's a tea shop. Let's go there. I hadn't eaten yet. Atleast we can drink tea."
"I'm not hungry. You go!"
"Don't act formal! I know you are! Come!"
She grinned sheepishly and followed him. The duo reached the tea shop. "Bhaiya dho tea!" Sameer ordered and settled on the old wooden table. "Sit!"
She sat down near him. Cold wind slapped their faces. Some old melody songs were playing from the radio in the tea shop.
As the tea arrived, Naina grabbed it readily. The hot steam and hotness of the glass soothed the coldness surrounding her. She took a sip and blew with her hand due to the hotness of the tea.
Sameer chuckled at her antics. She frowned and blew the tea and drank it. Naina raised her eyebrows proudly making him laugh more.
"Don't laugh!" She ordered him to which he didn't follow but did the opposite. "Bhaiya, do you have biscuits?" She asked.
"No. Will you adjust with rusk?"
"Sure!"
As the rusk was brought, Sameer was about to take one but Naina hit his fingers. "I asked! I will only take first."
He let her and turned away in a fake huff. She giggled and held a rusk before him. He smiled and took it.
Sameer dipped it in the tea. When he took it up, half of it sank in the tea itself. She tittered and held her rusk which was dipped in tea infront of him.
He was about to take a bite but he stopped, took it from her hand and ate it. She smiled tight lipped and concentrated in the glass in her hand.

They settled at their old place but with a half-filled stomach this time.
"Was it good?" He questioned adjusting his position.
"Yep! It was nice and thank you!"
He smiled and drifted his attention to the sky. The cold wind of wjnterslapped them again.
"You need sweater?" He queried noticing her shivering.
"Yeah! But...." Before she could complete, he handed her a sweater from his backpack.
She looked surprised. "You came with all necessities?"
"Yeah! It is my habit to come here after...."
"After?"
"After you left me." He said in a low tone looking down. She paled.
He plastered a smile on his face managing his tears. "Have this!"
"For you?"
"I am used to this."
She took it from his hand and wore it. It was so big on her. Maybe it was his sweater. But she looked cute on that loose sweater.
The light from the car went off indicating the fuel tank was empty by then. Moon shone brightly. Now they could witness it clearly.
"This place is so beautiful and peaceful. Hai na?" She remarked looking around amused.
"Yep! That's why I always come here when disturbed."
"So, you are disturbed now?"
"Don't you know the reason?!" He voiced annoyed.
"I know." Naina uttered glancing down. The colour on her face faded. Noticing this, he tried to change the topic. "Why you didn't inform me before leaving Ahmedabad?"
She lost her colour more and spoke. "I couldn't! I was not allowed to." She paused and continued. "My pa.....my father got an offer of transfer to USA. He was thinking about it. In fact, he didn't want to go there."
"He didn't want? Then why?" He asked, curiosity surrounding him.
"My sister was caught with her boyfriend. She couldn't blame me that time. Our father home arrested us. She tried to elope but was caught. So my father decided to take us to USA. They blocked us from all the connections with the world outside during the days before we were all set to move to USA. I tried all the possible ways to inform. But only failure welcomed me......" Her voice cracked as tears rushed to her eyes. "I-i-i am sorry."
"Shhh!!! It's okay." He placed a hand on her shoulder.
"And and...a-a-at USA!...." She sobbed terribly remembering those days. She was all set to open it up which she was holding back for a long time.
