18) "Why are you so cute?"

"Calm down naina." Seeing her deadly glare, swati gestured preeti to come over to cool down her dearest friend. Preeti reassuringly looked at swati and pulled down naina to sit on the bench.

"He will come for sure." Naina glanced at her with a 'really?' reflecting in her eyes. Reading her eyes, preeti continued.

"Yes. He will come. There is no doubt in that. He was the one who was more eager to see you. If I didn't stop him, he would have come to your house."

"I know."

"Then what? Drink water and cool down." Swati passed the water bottle. Naina opened the bottle cap and held the bottle high to pour the water into her mouth. But just a single drop slipped into her jaw.

"Even this bottle is torturing me."

"It is your mistake to not fill water. Go. Fill water and come."

"Pr....."

"Just go. No other talks."

She whined before moving outside taking very small strides towards the water can.

The water was flowing while she stood lost in thoughts. Some reached her hands when she came to the reality. She closed the tap hurriedly and started walking closing the cap of the bottle at the same time.

"Aaa...." The water jumped up and fell on her face. She was about to shout when the person spoke.

"I am sorry. Just got out of the classroom and I didn't saw you coming." Arjun apologized.

"It's ok." She started to go when he interrupted. "Have this kerchief for wiping your face."

She passed him a small smile. "Thank you. But I don't need this."

She walked away from there quickly while he smirked looking at her going away.

A hand reached out to pull her into the classroom. She sighed in relief after seeing the person's face.

"Uff! You scared me."

"Really?"

"You are happy about this?"

"Atleast you are getting scared on me in this way. Otherwise I will always gets scared seeing naina devi." He blurted out but goes silent seeing those glaring eyes.

"Did you wash your face?" He tried to change the topic and succeeded in it.

"Yeah...that...water from my bottle splashed on my face." She pushed forward her lips making a pout. He chuckled. "You are cute when you are irritated."

She blushed but something caught her mind. "Oh.....so only you always making me irritated hn?" Her eyebrows frowned making him admire her more. He slipped his hand into his pocket and took out a kerchief. She frowned more in confusion while he forwarded it to her and signaled her wipe the water drops. She released her eyebrows and took the kerchief from his hand while a slight tint of red adored her cheeks.

She touched her left cheek with the kerchief and hissed in pain making his heartbeats to rise.

"What happened naina?"

"Nothing." She put a fake smile infront of him. But sameer never failed to understand his naina's emotions. His? Only future will tell.

"I know you well more than you. Tell me." She just turned her face to the right. His eyes widened while his mind wandered to preeti's words about naina's father's harsh behaviour.

His hands reached out to touch her cheeks but he didn't. His hands just traced the marks in the air. Still it makes her hair on the skin to bump up and stand straight. She moved down her upper eyelids while his hand reached hers. There was an absolute silence. The silence which is soothing her pain. The silence which is telling him that "She will be fine. You are with her."

She opened her eyelids making him to enter into her eyeballs. She looked deep into his eyes while her lips stretched out making her face even more beautiful. His lips copied hers and both stood like that feeling each other's presence.

"Aaaaa........" She shouted.

"What naina? What happened?" Her eyes reflected pure fear. She raised her index finger pointing at a lizard.

"Lizard?"

"Yes. It walked on me." She said with a serious face while he chuckled.

"Naina tum na."

"Main?"

"You are so so cute. How can I resist myself from pulling your cheeks?"

"You should. Before marriage you should resist." She ordered.

"Naina....." He whined.

"No other talks. We need to attend class. He shook his head horizontally while she nodded her head vertically and pushed him out muttering that she will come after 6 mins.

She checked her watch again. It was only 5 mins till sameer left. I can't stand simply like this for another 1 min. I am bored.

She forwarded her right leg but backed off. No naina. What if he didn't reached the class yet? What if someone doubted us? I will wait for 1 min. But there is 45 secs left.......I can't wait anymore. I am bored.

She stepped out of the class. Her eyebrows frowned at the image before her. Karthik and arjun are talking? How come this happen? They were deadly enemies before. But now?..........are you mad naina? It's his life. He can talk to anyone. It's correct. You are such an over thinker.

She walked away from there. While the latter watched her going and karthik hits arjun grinning.

She was walking carefree. She noticed sameer talking to shanti mam. She turned to go in another way. Naina why are going away? They can get suspicious. She walked straight to shanti mam and greeted her. She tried to as possible to act casual.

She sighed in relief after crossing the danger and turned to see if shanti mam noticed anything but she was busy talking or else you can say advising sameer.

"Thank you mam." He said hurriedly. After he confirmed that she walked away, he let out the laugh which he was suppressing for a long time. She is such a pagal. How cute she was? How come I concentrate on the advice when she does such antics.

He smiled to himself and turned to return to the class. He saw naina pushing forward her eyebrow in confusion seeing her boyfriend chortling to himself. He took long strides and reached her and glared at her.

"Because of you only I was supposed to not to laugh." He said seriously.

"What did I do?" She asked innocently. He was trying hard not to laugh.

"Why are you so cute?" A tint of red adored her cheeks and she ran from there. He chased her but stopped seeing her asking permission to enter the class.

"Excuse me mam."

"Why are you late?" She showed her bottle and she allowed her to enter.

After two mins or so, another voice boomed in the class asking permission.

"Is this is the time for coming to class?"

"I am sorry mam. But shanti mam was talking. So...."

"Ok get in."

He entered the class with his eyes were fixated on the two pair of eyes. While other 4 pair of eyes were smiling among them- selves.
