Jinyoung and Hyunji were friends since young and there is a secret Jinyoung has been hiding from her. the fact that he likes her ever since young is the secret. when they were young , he always told her he likes her and she played along. after they grew up , Hyunji forgotten about his confession when he was younger maybe because she thought they were just kids.

Jinyoung was planning a way to confess to her with the help of his friends. he wanted to make sure what ever he was going to do or come up with was going to make the atmosphere special. "maybe we can put some balloons? i remember you told me she has a thing for balloons , especially helium ones." Yonghee suggested. "great idea!" Hyunsuk exclaimed excitedly. "he's probably gonna inhale the helium and start talking in his helium tone voice." Seunghun said and Hyunsuk smiled. "you know me so well."

"what flowers should i get?" Jinyoung asked. "are you too excited or nervous to the point you forgot about her favourite things? she likes baby breaths." BX said. "i am nervous , how can i not be? it's a confession that might ruin our friendship." Jinyoung heaved a sigh. "don't worry , i'm pretty sure it won't affect your friendship. it's just a confession." Yonghee comforted him.

the guys bought the things they needed for the decorating of the place where Jinyoung will confess to her at. they got helium balloons , a small bouquet of baby breaths , a box of chocolates and sweets and some streamers the boys will blast after she accepts him.

"all done?" Jinyoung asked while waiting for Yonghee to bring Hyunji here. "calm down hyung , you can do it." Hyunsuk said and Jinyoung gave him a nervous smile with his bouquet of baby breaths in his hand. "she's coming! i see Yonghee!" Seunghun exclaimed. the three guys went to stand at the side and waited patiently for Yonghee to bring Hyunji here. when the two of them were close enough , Yonghee walked to the three guys and observed everything with them. Hyunji couldn't hide her smile when she saw Jinyoung holding a bouquet flowers. "what are you doing?" she laughed. "something a guy has to do at least once in his lifetime." he smiled.

"you're being weird , it's funny." Hyunji said. "Hyunji-" Jinyoung was interrupted when Hyunji was distracted by balloons. "oh my , there's balloons!" she said collecting them in her hands. Jinyoung smiled at how cute she was while his friends were taken aback by her actions. "i have something to tell you Hyunji , the balloons will be yours once i say what i have to." Jinyoung held her wrist making her let go of the balloons in her hand.

"you know ever since we were young , i told you liked you and you always played along but when i grew older those feelings never fade away. i still like you like before. everyday i'm happier because of you and i hope it can continue , with a slight change of you being my girlfriend instead of a friend." Jinyoung said holding his bouquet of flowers for her. Hyunji gave a worrying feel because she didn't accept the flowers. she just stared at it.

the four guys behind Jinyoung were probably nervous for Jinyoung. "is..something wrong?" Jinyoung asked nervously. "yeah.." she said. "i'm sorry if this made you uncomfortable , i don't want our friendship to end like this because of my feelings." Jinyoung mumbled. there was a moment of awkward silence between all of them.

"you dunderhead." she said taking the flowers from Jinyoung's hands making him look up in astonishment. "i was upset because i was frustrated with my own feelings for you thinking you didn't have mutual feelings for me. who knew that all that frustration wasn't even needed." Hyunji pouted and smelled the baby breaths. "i'm glad you got baby breaths , they're so pretty." she smiled. Jinyoung sighed a sigh of relief , clutching his chest. "are you alright?" Hyunji asked all worried.

"you have no idea how hard my heart dropped when you said there was something wrong." Jinyoung said. the four guys suddenly blasted the streamers , shocking the couple. "you guys have a very bad timing." Jinyoung said. "you planned all these for the confession?" Hyunji asked in disbelief. "i wanted the atmosphere to be right." Jinyoung said making Hyunji chuckle.

"so..are we an item now?" Jinyoung asked and Hyunji nodded. "i'll be your source of happiness from now on." she smiled. "because of you , i'm the happiest i can ever be today." he gave her a tight hug ; "i won't let you go , i'll protect you forever." he pecked her forehead.
