Rosalie picked her apron up and tied it around her. Her soft chocolate brown hair was tied up into a messy bun and she had a very small amount of makeup on. Her eyes were a ocean blue, like a diamond they shined when she laughed or smiled. She didn't come from the greatest background. Her father had left before she was born and her mother had passed away from cancer just a few years ago. She was all alone.

"Rosalie! Your cakes are delicious! What do you put in them?!" Emma, her roomate, called out happily from the kitchen. Emma and Rosalie has known each other since they were 3, they now lived together and owned a cafe together. Rosalie smiled as she walked out of the changing room and to the kitchen. It was still very early in the morning and usually no one came in this early.
"Nothing special. Just my love." She chuckled and took a piece. Emma giggled and pat her.

As Rosalie walked out of the kitchen a customer arrived. His hair slicked back, dark as coal, his dark eyes burned through people like fire. He was dressed in a crisp black suit, complimenting his fit body. Rosalie was quite surprised that there was a customer in the cafe this early. She took the menu from underneath the counter and brought it to him slowly. She gave a soft smile, "Welcome to Café La Rosa. What can I get you?". Lucifer skimmed through the menu and without looking up at her he said with a cold and deep tone,
"What's your special for the day?". Rosalie took out her note pad and pen and answered,
"Our special today is Victoria sponge cake, sir". He looked up at her with his deep set blue eyes, it felt as if his eyes were piercing through her soul. He smirked a little,
"I'll have that" he looked at her name tag, "Rosalie..". The way her name rolled off his tongue was perfect. She quickly scribbled his order and nodded before turning around and quickly walking to the kitchen.

As she walked to the kitchen, she bit her lip a little. It had been a long time since she had encountered with a guy and to her, he was so handsome. She passed through the double doors and entered the silver kitchen, moving towards the fridge to take out her fresh victoria sponge cake. She took a piece of it and put it on a plate, decorating the plate with a little bit of white chocolate and raspberry coulis. She made his latte too and slowly brought it to him, placing it in front of him softly. He thanked her and took a bite of the cake.

Rosalie walked into the kitchen and stood there silently. Emma turned around and smirked, "handsome right?". Rosalie looked up at Emma and chuckled,
"what?"
"Lucifer Russo. The CEO of Russo Holdings? He comes every morning."
"Hmm.. first time seeing him" Rosalie said as she tucked a strand of hair behind. "I guess you can say he's handsome". Emma looked out from the window of the kitchen door and smirked at Rosalie,
"Seems like he likes your cake". Rosalie blushed a little and waited for him to finish.

When he had finished his cake he asked for the bill and Rosalie brought it to him. When he was gone she went to get the bill and he had put a tip of $20, she smiled and took her tip. On the receipt he had written "beautiful cake..".
