I opened my eyes gently to the brightness of the room. I looked around and saw Vincenzo and Marco next to me, one on each side, I then looked around and asked, "why am I at a hospital?.." Marco answered,
"You fainted at the funeral... so we brought you here..". I responded with an "oh." as memories of everything flooded my mind.

I turned back to reality when a doctor entered, he said with a deep voice, "Well Ms Scotts.. everything seems well, the minerals in your body are perfectly fine. I do have a news for you though." Concerned I ask,
"What is it doctor?"
"You're pregnant." He responds.

Pregnant.
Pregnant.
PREGNANT?!

No, no, no.

Vincenzo and Marco stand up in unison and look at the doctor with furrowed brows, "are you sure?!" They both say, as if they're telepathic twins. The doctor chuckles and shows them the reports,
"I'm 100% sure. See?" They both look at the report whilst I'm freaking out on the bed. I scream,
"NO!" And start running out of the room. It's like I can't control my legs, they're controlling me. I start breaking down as I run out of the hospital. I feel men in black running behind me, causing a havoc in the hospital lobby but I can't stop. I need to run. Run away from my problems. How-how am I going to deal with this? Without him.. without. Him.

Marco snatches my arm and pulls me in, I get pulled into his arms and started crying in his arms, "Oh bella.. it's going to be hard but you've got me and Vincenzo. We're always going to be with you... please don't cry..".

I looked up and sniffled, gasping a little for air "how- how can I not cry? I've been left with a part of him forever! I'm only 23 Marco! 23 and a lone-parent. strabiliante! [amazing]". There is no way of me escaping my past anymore!"

Vincenzo walked towards us and stopped right in front of me. He put his hands behind him and stood straight in front of me, his glance at me making me feel intimidated. He said in a nonchalant tone, "then you make a future with that baby".
