(21) Another Debutante?

It had been a week since Taylor broke the news that she was giving up. Bucky had been dating another named Caroline Bartley. They were laying her bed after sex. "So I have a question.." she said

"What darlin?" He said as he played with her blonde hair.

"Do you think you could be my escort?" She said

"I um Im kinda already Elliot Katherine's escort." He said

"Well my parents were invited to the dinner party at your grandparents house. Maybe we can talk to them about fixing that baby. You need to be on my arm cause you are my very sexy boyfriend." Caroline said

"Okay." He said as he smiled at her.

She kissed him "mmm so sexy." She whispered.

Bucky didn't hear his phone buzzing as Ellie tried to call. He was late to their dance practice. She sat on the stage at the dance studio she finally gave up after an hour.

After she got home she went next door to James and Winnie's. She saw her dad eating some apple pie. "Where is little James?" Ellie said as she walked in.

"He is with his girlfriend. Why?" James said

She shook her head. "I just spent the last hour waiting for him to show up so we could practice our dance. So whenever he decides that this is important let him know." She said and walked back home.

Winnie looked at James. "Did he not mention practice earlier?"

"No.." James said as he tried to call Bucky's cellphone.

Bucky and Caroline were asleep. Ellie laid in her bed she twirled her hair till she fell asleep. James picked up Bucky the next morning.

"James did you forget something yesterday?" James said

"No I brought condoms." He said

"Thats not what Im talking about. Check your phone." James said

Bucky looked at his phone. "(30 missed calls EKC.)

*EKC*

"Where are you? Do you need me to come get you? We have to practice we get the studio for an hour."

"James seriously where are you??"

Bucky continued to read through the messages. "You forgot about dance practice. You better apologize for wasting her time." James said

He sighed.

Bucky got home he showered and changed. He went to apologize but her car was gone. He tried to call him she ignored it as she was with Anna at a brunch for all the debutantes.

When she got back home he saw her pulling in. He saw her all dressed up "Where have you been?" He said

"Debutante brunch." She said as she kept walking.

"Elle..stop Im sorry I forgot. I had made plans with Caroline." He said

"Its whatever..I forgot sex is the most important thing to you." She said

"Elle that is not true." He said as she slammed her bedroom door in his face.

He looked down then went on home.
