Barry wanted to keep training so that he can get faster. He is dead set on defeating the man in yellow. We were all out at the airplane runway and Cisco sent a drone chasing after Barry. It got really close to him at one point so Caitlyn and I started to get worried. "That was way too close", she told Cisco. He just shrugged, "He told me to make it hard". I rolled my eyes, "Yeah well I'd like for my boyfriend to actually be alive, thank you very much".
Dr. Wells looked at Cisco, "Remember this is just supposed to be a training exercise to improve Barry's speed". That is when we heard Barry through his comm system, "Cisco, you gonna bring it or what?", he challenged. Cisco gave us a smug look and Dr. Wells shrugged, "Bring it". Cisco turned up the difficulty level with missiles that he shot at Barry. He was able to avoid them but one hit the ground and exploded, throwing him forward. He grunted as he got up to his knees. We all stepped forward, "Why isn't he running?", I asked.
He got up as a missile came towards him and he ran at it grabbing it, throwing back at the drone. The drone exploded as I saw Barry standing back from the rubble. I smiled and looked around at my friends. I saw something that made me think I was imagining things, I mean I must've been. It couldn't have been possible that I thought I saw Dr. Wells move his foot.

That night Barry got called in to investigate a break in at a car warehouse. Barry came back to the lab and told us some news we were not looking forward to hear. "Captain Cold is back?", Cisco asked. "For a non-metahuman, Leonard Snart has proven to be quite the nemesis", Dr. Wells said.
Cisco looked at us sadly, "He still has the cold gun", I gave him a sad look. Caitlyn looks at him, "What does he want this time?". Barry sighs and looks at me, "Us", I look at him confused. I look at him and nod, " If Snart wants to be outnumbered by The Flash and Silver Siren, then we'll give him a fight". Dr. Wells sent us a look, "You don't think we should?", Barry asked. Dr. Wells looks at him, "Well, I didn't say that but, in comes the question of priorities. Now, in the last month, you've made a commitment to increasing your speed, enhancing your reflexes, and It's working. You're finally getting faster.", he explained.
Barry looked at him, "So what am I supposed to do? Ignore Snart?". Dr. Wells looked at him, "The last time you fought Snart, a train derailed. You were lucky to get all those people to safety. And you were rendered powerless with that sonic device turning your own power on you causing Barry to get hurt. If you two don't give him that fight...", he trailed off. Barry looked at me, "He may just back off, and there'll be no casualties".
"Cisco and I will work with Joe and the police to neutralize Captain Cold", he said making Cisco nod in agreement.
