Barry and I have definitely been great since we made up. We've been spending more and more time together...if you know what I mean. I'm just starting to get worried about him because for the past few weeks, he's been waking up in the middle of the night with nightmares. I think all of this with Zoom is really starting to affect him. Right now I was meeting Iris for some coffee, we needed some quality sister time.

We were sitting at a table and she looked at me with a knowing look, "Okay, what's wrong?", she asked. I sighed, "It's just Barry, he's been having nightmares and I just know it has something to do with Zoom. Has he talked to you about anything?", I asked worried about him. She shook her head, "No, I haven't heard anything. But I will let you know if I do", she said. I nodded, "I just hate how he thinks he needs to carry the weight of the world on his shoulders. All of this isn't just his burden to deal with", I said. She smiled at me, "Then tell him", she said.

"As some of you know, I've been deeply embroiled in a secret, one-sided battle with an invisible enemy", Cisco said very seriously. I groaned, "No not the Turtle again", I complained as Caitlyn and I shared a look. Barry looked at me, "What? Who is the Turtle?", he asked. Caitlyn looked at him, "It's Cisco's white whale", she said. Jay nodded thinking that he understood, "Half-whale, half-turtle", he said making all of us look at him odd.
Cisco shook his head, "No", he looked at Caitlyn, "You see what you're doing Caitlyn. Everybody's confused now", he accused making her hold her hands up in defense. Harry rolled his eyes, "Get to it", he said annoyed. Cisco sighed, "I stumbled upon a few of these cases when we were looking for the Reverse-Flash, robberies that were seemingly committed at high-speed... people holding their beloved items one second. Those items were gone the next. Tell me what you see", he said before showing us security footage.
It looked like everyone froze before a man walked in and started stealing things. Caitlyn looked at the tape, "So he can what? Stop time?", she asked. He shook his head, "No, no, no. Look at the time code", he said as we watched the time running like normal, "It's still running", he said. I looked at him, "So if time is still running normal, he must just be slowing down everything around him", I suggested. He nodded at me, "And that is why we call him the Turtle", he said.
Barry looked at him, "Why have you never mentioned this guy to me before?", he asked. Cisco scratches his head and pretends to think, "Oh, I don't know, I think we've just been a little distracted, you know, what with Captain Cold and Weather Wizard and Gorilla Grodd. Do I need to go on?", he ranted. Barry backed up smiling and holding back a laugh at his best friend.
Jay looked at us, "Okay, if we can catch him, figure out how he uses his powers--", he started. Cisco got excited, "Maybe we can show Zoom what life is like in the slow lane", he said. Harry looked at him, "How would even know where to find him?", he asked. Barry was looking at the computer, "Well the robberies in the videos all correspond with police reports that were dismissed as lost or missing items instead of thefts", he said.
