IVY'S POV
*our first day on the cruise, we relaxed and laid in bed due to jetlag hitting both of us. i wake up next to joey and sit up, rubbing my eyes. i stand up and stretch before sitting back down next to joey. i play with his hair and kiss his forehead. i walk over to the bathroom in our room and make some tea. i put the cup down on the nightstand and lay in bed again. joey wraps his arms around me and i giggle, holding him close.*
joey- good morning baby
ivy- good morning husband
joey- i like the sound of that
ivy- me too. how did you sleep?
joey- so good. i missed the beds here
*i laugh and take a sip of my tea before kissing joey's cheek.*
ivy- i was thinking we could go to the arcade today and swim in the pool
joey- that sounds fun
*he kisses my forehead then my lips and i kiss back. he holds the kiss for a few seconds before pulling away.*
joey- can we get breakfast too?
ivy- of course baby. you think i wouldn't eat?
joey- i should've known the answer to that
*he laughs and i giggle, standing up. he grabs my waist as i take a sip of tea and kisses my stomach. i look down at him and smile.*
ivy- what was that for?
joey- because i love you and you were drinking tea so i had to kiss you somewhere
*i laugh and kiss him softly. he kisses back and gets out of bed. i hug him and wrap my legs around his waist. he holds me up by my butt and i kiss his neck a few times. he bites his lip as his breathing hitched and i leave a small hickey.*
ivy- oopsies
joey- i'll get you back later
ivy- if i let you
joey- oh you will
*he smirks and i blush hard, hiding my face in the crook of his neck. i giggles and carries me into the bathroom.*
joey- i'm going to shower before we go eat breakfast, okay babe?
ivy- okay i'm going to curl my hair while you shower since i showered last night
joey- okay
*he gets in the shower and i start curling my hair. i think about when we want to finally have kids and rub my stomach where he kissed me earlier. i smile and finish curling the last strand of hair. he walks out of the shower in a towel and looks at me. i smile and he smiles back, kissing the top of my head.*
ivy- i just need to get dressed and then we can go i promise
joey- there's no rush baby. i have to get dressed too
*i nod and leave him in the bathroom to do the rest of his routine. i change into high waisted shorts and a white mtv crop top. i put on my vans and sit on the bed, scrolling through instagram while i wait for him.*
JOEY'S POV
joey- babe i'm read- woah
ivy- what is something wrong?
joey- no baby not at all. you're stunning what the heck
*i blush and he walks over to me. i cover my face with my hands and he takes them off, kissing my forehead.*
joey- you're beautiful love, don't hide
ivy- i love you so much
joey- i love you more
*she smiles big and stands up. i hold her hand and she intertwines our fingers. i open the door and walk out behind her.*
ivy- i wonder if the cafe place with the crepes is still here
joey- lets go find it
ivy- yayy
*i chuckle and press the elevator button for floor 1. we go down and i let ivy walk out before me. i walk next to her and she points at the cafe. her face brightens up and i smile big. she looks at me with a huge smile on her face.*
ivy- it's still here, can we eat there please babe?
joey- baby i don't care where we eat. yes we can eat there
*she squeals and walks faster towards the cafe. i giggle and catch up to her. i open the door of the restaurant for her and follow her inside. she asks for a booth for two and the waiter brings us to one. i sit across from her and we order our drinks.*
ivy- i'm so excited to be back. this place has the best crepes ever
joey- you're adorable
*she blushes and covers her face with the menu. i smile and grab her hand from across the table. she squeezes my hand three times and i squeeze her hand back.*
{ 2 hours later }
ivy- babeeee
joey- yes love?
ivy- do you want to go to the arcade now or later tonight?
joey- we can always go after we eat dinner
ivy- okay. i'm going to sit on the balcony, you can come with me if you want
*she grabs her camera that she's been filming with and walks outside onto the balcony. she records the ocean and turns the camera to me, zooming in on my face. i smile big and blow her a kiss. she stops recording and i walk outside to her. i hug her from behind even though she's sitting in a chair and she looks up at me.*
ivy- you're so fucking adorable
joey- thank you baby, you are too
ivy- i can't believe you're mine for the rest of my life
joey- trust me, i can't believe it either
ivy- being here with you makes me so happy love
joey- i'm glad it does baby
*i sit down next to her and she lays her head on my shoulder. i play with her hair and watch the water move as the boat goes forward.*
joey- we really needed this
ivy- i agree. it's so relaxing
*she kisses my cheek and i smile big, playing with her hair.*
joey- just wait for all the adventures and memories on this trip
ivy- i can't wait
