After quite an eventful week in NC. Rebecca and Colby came home finally with two extra car seats that Colby went and got because all of their stuff was back at home and the first thing Rebecca did was take the photo of the twins and sent it to her mom and dad. Rebecca: Ok must you copy me? Colby: Huh?
She points to his phone and then gets a shy smile. He kisses her and makes her some pancakes with strawberry syrup and blueberries on the side and some orange juice and brought it to her in bed. She was feeding Lauren when he walked in and he just smiled at his princess and queen.
Colby: Hello my queen I figured you were hungry so I brought you breakfast in bed. Rebecca: Thank you my King so how are we going to juggle the babies and our careers? Colby: One day at a time. We take it one day at a time. Ok? Rebecca: Yeah. What eat with me I know you are hungry too you havent eaten anything since yesterday morning.
He climbs on the bed and grabs Lauren and she instantly snuggles into his chest and Colby looks down and he notices her smiling and it hits him. That's the smile that Rebecca gave him everytime she did a curb stomp he grabs his phone and plays that video and the minute Lauren hears "Becky Curb Stomped" her little eyes fluttered open and locked with her father's as he kissed her head and she drifted back to sleep. Becky is just sitting there with her jaw on the floor shocked at how easily she had fallen asleep. She had tried and tried to get her to go back to sleep the day before and nothing worked.
Rebecca: Oh great Daddy's little princess.
Colby laughed softly.
Colby: CJ is a momma's boy. So do you think they will want to be like us pro wrestlers. Rebecca: As apprehensive as i am about them doing this I say let them decide when tbey turn 18 because I don't want to force them to be something they are not and Ashley can help with that because if they do decide to be wrestlers like us then Ash can tell them how hard it is to keep the standards of a 2nd generation wrestler. Colby: You read my mind.
He put his forehead to hers and kissed her. And went and put Lauren in her bassinet while he took the tray of empty dishes down stairs and cleaned it off and went back up stairs to see she was out. Poor thing he thought. He decided he would crawl right into bed and get some sleep too.
Colby: Good Night, Wife. I love you.
Rebecca grinned from ear to ear when she heard that.
Rebecca: Good Night, Husband. I love you, too.
