Chapter 60

With Leighla back in prison and out of Colby and Rebecca's lives or so they thought, they finally could relax and eat dinner and enjoy their time together. However Leighla did have a friend on the outside who new Colby and Rebecca rather well. Zarha, she too felt scorned by Colby after their unexpected break up. Colby broke up with her because he had feelings for Rebecca and could keep leading Zarha on. He tried to push his feelings away but but it all came bubbling up so fast that when he was out with Zarha he accidentally blurted out "I love you, Rebecca." So two months later Colby broke it off with her. He couldn't keep being with her when he was and is in love with someone else. While Colby and Rebecca were sleeping Leighla had been plotting with Zarha to make their lives a living hell.

Zarha: Leighla, why are you back in prison?
Leighla: Z, Colby and his little bitch went to ADA Barba and got me for parole violations.
Zarha: Did you tell them what Colby said to you?
Leighla: Yes, but I don't know if that bitch believes me.
Zarha: Well you told me that back in January Colby came up here and wanting to be with you, that he loves you, and wanted to sleep with you and even proposed to you. I believe you, because while on a date with me, years ago, he blurted "I love you, Rebecca." Then two months later he dumped me.

Leighla got wide eyed because this same thing happened to her when she was on a date with Colby while they were together. Same sentence, same name, same everything.

Leighla: He did the same thing only after he said that he cheated with you but I can't be mad at you about that we were both victims in that.
Zarha: Yeah, if I had known he was using me to get you to dump him I wouldn't have been with him.
Leighla: Water under the bridge. Lets just make their lives as miserable as possible. So kidnapping their kids didn't work so well as you can see.

Zarha was shocked she knew Leighla was in prison for kidnapping but she thought it was Becky who she kidnapped. She also knew that he and Rebecca were engaged but kids didn't sound like the Colby she knew.

Zarha: Kids? Are you sure we are talking about the same Colby?
Leighla: Unbelievable huh?
Zarha: A little bit.
Leighla: Yeah, he married the bitch and had twins with her 3 years ago.
Zarha: Wow. Wait I have an idea what's our favorite show that exposes liars?

Leighla's eyes lit up she knew their favorite show would have them on as well as Rebecca and Colby.

Leighla: You don't mean...
Zarha: Oh yeah.
Leighla and Zarha: Steve Wilkos.
Leighla: Z, you are a genius.
Zarha: Ok so I will call into the show and see if they can book us on their I will also talk to Barba and get you parole again. Steve's producers should contact Colby and Rebecca for their flight and show information.

Leighla nodded as the guard told her visiting hours were over as she was taken back to her cell.

Zarha immediately got the producers to book the show. The producers called Colby and Rebecca to inform them and to book their flights to Stanford, Connecticut. She then went to Barba and got Leighla parole long enough to do the show and then she was to go right back to prison if Zarha tried to help her get out of the country she would go to prison too.

6 weeks later

Rebecca and Colby dropped the kids off at Holly's to keep them out of the adult issues they were dealing with. Once there they were told they would taping that after noon but lie detector tests for Colby, Rebecca, Zarha, and Leighla will be that morning so it gives Dan time to gather the information and put in an envelope for Steve to read off. Zarha took her test first, then Rebecca, then Colby, and Leighla was last. Then Zarha would seated on stage for tapings with the audience and Steve first.

Steve: My first guest is Zarha. Zarha why are you here today.
Zarha: Well Steve this girl is married to a horrible guy and she doesn't know that he said he wanted to be with, sleep with and loved my best friend, Leighla.
Audience: Oooo
Steve: Well all four of you took lie detector tests today am I correct?
Zarha: Yes we all did.
Steve: Ok let's hear what Colby has to say about all this. Colby come on out.
