Special Chapter: Halloween One Shot

Ω Jack's POV Ω

"This is my kind of Holiday." Merida laughed evilly and flicked a hood over her head.

"Oh gods... what are you planning?" Hiccup stepped away from the red head in caution.

Today was Halloween, a holiday filled with candy and fairy princesses... but also Ghouls, witches, zombies, and mummies. As a decendant from scottish kings and queens, you'd think Merida would be into those Princess costumes but not at all. She wasn't much of a princess if you ever seen her eat at camp halfblood... let's not go into detail.

Merida wore the most detailed costume I have ever seen. It was some kind of a mix between Red Riding Hoood and the Wolf and it was a horrific sight. I dont even know how to describe it. Just blood, fur, teeth, red hair (of course), and absolute horror.

"The aphrodite kids need a little scaring this Halloween. Especially Eugene and that little trick he pulled on me last April Fools." She grumbled. And I'm not sure what he had done, but it was enough for this devil to hold a grudge for this long.

"Well..." I laugh and wave her off. "Have fun?"

"Oh, I WILL." she laughed evilly again and entered the aprodite cabin.

As Hiccup and I started walking away, we heard the whole cabin screech from behind us causing the both of us to laugh.

Hiccup stood next to me in his dragon costume. It was actually really good based on how I've seen so many toddlers in those poorly made green Puff the Magic Dragon costumes.

"Oh by the way. You should probably put on a costume before Rapunzel sees you. She's kinda strict with that sort of thing." Hiccup nudged me keeping his eye out for the blonde daughter of Apollo."

"Oh? What does she do?"

"Makes you find a costume. But believe me. All the costumes are weird. It's shameful to know that my cabin helped make most of them."

"They can't be that bad."

"You'd be surprised."

Hiccup and I continued to walk and comment on everyone's costumes. But of couse we stayed away from the Ares cabin because they decided to make a haunted house. Clarisse even jumped out at us and tried to welcome inside but we kept our distance. They probably think stabbing someone would cause a great laugh.

"HICCUP!!!!" Someone yelled from in front of us. The boy, Hiro Hamada, came bounding over to us in a ninja costume. He didnt look like a ninja when he ran to us though.

"What?" Hiccup asked, looking at his half brother. "What happened?"

"It's Tuffnut. His robot costume you made is going haywire. The foot massage machine thingy you installed injured his foot."

"I'm guessing Rapunzel gave him the stupid thing."

"Yeah." Hiro looked over at me and gulped, raising his ninja sword at me. "Watch out Frost." The son of Hephaestus inched over to me, still in an attack ready position. "You're probably next... Stay away from me when she comes." He whispered and then.... attempted... to sneak away like a bad ass.

"You have weird siblings." I chuckled.

Hiccup smiled and started to back away towards his cabin. "Yeah. But I'll see you later, alright?"

"Yeah, see you later dude."

Hiccup took off, leaving me alone in the middle of the camp. But right as he left, another boy arrived, calling my name. And the look on his face was pure fear.
