Michael dragged himself down the stairs as the sound of Baby in the driveway forced him out of the warm sheets. He yawned and ran a hand through his messy hair, getting down the stairs at the same time as the front door opened.

"Hey, Michael!" Dean said, dropping a laundry basket overflowing with clothes on the floor before hugging Michael. Michael hugged him back and then hugged Castiel, who had come in behind him.

"Hey, guys. You guys want something to drink?" Michael asked. They both shook their heads.

"How have you been?" Dean asked. Michael rolled his eyes.

"You call me everyday Dean, and I see you at least twice a week. I'm good, just like I was yesterday and the day before," Michael said with a grin. Dean rubbed the back of his neck and shrugged.

"Castiel!" Alfie booked it up the stairs from the basement and tackled his big brother in a hug.

"Hey, Samandriel. How are your classes?" Castiel asked.

"Amazing. Senior year is amazing," Alfie said. Castiel nodded.

"You're going to love college even more," Castiel said. Alfie grinned and then looked around.

"Where are Sam and Gabriel?" Alfie asked.

"Sammy had a final. They should be here soon. I still can't believe he's a sophomore in college now," Dean said, looking a bit panicked. Michael smiled and patted his shoulder.

"Yeah, how do you think I feel? You all are getting so old," Michael said. "And I'm getting old. I'm going to be thirty-five soon. That's too old."

"Yeah, he had to come to meet the teacher night at the beginning of the year and everyone was so confused as to how he was my dad," Alfie said with a giggle. Michael grinned. It had been two years since they had finally managed to fight off all the demons and angels. Two years of normal life. Meg had transferred to a college to be closer to Ash, and Benny and Kevin were currently traveling with a volunteering group in South America. And still insisting they weren't together. Charlie dropped out of school and was hunting with Gilda. Adam had joined the military and was currently deployed. Alfie was the only one still living at home, and well, Michael couldn't have been prouder of his family.

"Yeah, I don't think I've been hit on by so many married fifty-something women in my life," Michael said with a huff. He was still working at the lumberyard and would catch a stray case here and there if Bobby needed an experienced hunter.

"My English teacher hit on him," Alfie said seriously. Michael chuckled, but it wasn't like Alfie was joking. His English teacher, a soft-spoken guy in his late twenties had in fact hit on Michael. He had even asked for his number. Michael had apologized but said he still wasn't ready to date. After two years, he figured he would be better at this. But maybe dating just was something he had outgrown. Or maybe he wasn't ready to replace Lucifer.

"Oh?" Castiel asked. Michael was about to explain when there was the noise of a loud car engine pulling up. The door opened and Sam walked in, Gabriel on his back holding a laundry basket over his head. Sam had his arms wrapped around Gabriel's legs to keep him on his back.

"Do you guys just come home to do your laundry?" Michael asked. "They have laundromats on campus that are free."

"But you have the good detergent," Dean said, taking the laundry basket from Gabriel as Sam dropped the archangel off his back. Honestly, most of the time, Michael forgot about the fact that Castiel, Gabriel, and Alfie were angels. Castiel was double-majoring in art and conservation biology. Gabriel was majoring in religious studies with a double minor in Human Rights and Philosophy. Alfie had just gotten his letter of acceptance to the University of Oregon where his brothers went.
