Anurag

Hey, guys thanks for understanding.  And I am making a big change in this story.  For now all you guys have to understand is Prerna and Anurag first time met at Anurag's house for an event and then went to college together and fell in love.  Before that they had no idea who the other one was and had completely different lives.

Also all those guys who told me they wanted me to write about PreRish again, I am so sorry, but I want to write about some other couple this time.  Hope you guys understand, I will tell more in a  different update. 

Hope you guys like this update-

Ji nahi. Ha shayad main khush nahi Hoon ya phir main air Kush ho sakti agar main Anurag ke sath hoti to, par main ye sab nahi janti. Main to bas ye janti Hoon ki aap mere patient aur ab Mera ek chota sa, happy sa parivar hai. Jisme main bahut khush Hoon. So no main aap se shadi karna regret nahi karti.- Prerna finally states.

Rishab lets out the breathe he held for so long, waiting for her explanation.

Waise aap kyun Puch rahe the?- Prerna asks suspicious that he had something going on in his head.

Kuch nahi bas aise hi. Aap think hai?- He asks her, remembering that she was crying and trying to change the topic.

Haan main think Hoon. Aap ko kya lagta hai? Ki aap jab chaho mujhse shaadi kar loge aur agar maine na bola to kya aap mujhe chod dete? -Prerna asks.

Haan wo...- Rishab hesitates.

You are impossible Mr. Bajaj. Agar aapne ye mujhe tab pucha hota jab main gusse main thing to? Agar gusse aur dukh mein Maine haan bol diya hota to? Aap mujhe chod dete?- Prerna asks him.

Before they could say anything else maasi calls them downstairs for the cake cutting.

I am sorry Prerna- he says and forwards his hand so they can go downstairs. Prerna gives her hand to him and walks downstairs.

What both of them still notice was Anurag who had heard their conversation.

He was broken, but he couldn't bring himself to think about how their life would be if they still had been together. He was sure their life would have been different but who knows what might have turned out. He was just not affected as much anymore He goes downstairs. He goes there and sees Prerna and Rishab holding Kukki's hand, cutting the cake. Prerna takes a price and feeds it to Kukki and Kukki feeds it back to her holding her hand. Prerna picks Kukki up and feeds the cake to Rishab who give it to Kukki and Prerna. Then Kukki and Prerna go to maasi and Tanvi.

Just like that the whole party went by. Everything was fine no more fights, no more arguments. Tough, Prerna's family and the Basus' were glaring at them almost the whole time they were pretty quiet.

By the time all the guests leave Kukki had fallen asleep on the couch. The only people remaining were the Basus' and Rishab's family.

Main Kukki ko humare kamre main lekar ja rahi hoon.-Prerna tells Rishab as she goes to pick Kukki up. One by one everyone leaves.

NEXT MORNING-

Rishab leaves early to go to the office, Anurag and Anupam leave as well.

Prerna was in the kitchen making breakfast for the family when Nivi and Mohini enter.

Maa aap to jati hi hain na ki kuch logo ko kisi ke bhi ghar main dosh ban kar rahne ki aadat hoti hain. Matlab kisi ko chun leti hai aur jab tak puri tarah se barbad nahi kar dete tab tak picha nahi chodte.-Nivi says.

Haan, Nivi- Mohini says. As both of them were taunting Prerna they didn't notice the change of expression on Prena's face.

Nivi wo kya hain na, kuch logo itni acchi zindagi deserve hi nahi karte. To unhe wo jo deserve kere hain wo dene ke liye mere jaise kuch log aa hi jate hain.- Prerna says, taunting them back.

Sharam bhi nahi hain na tum main?- Mohini asks.

Agar kuch galat kia hota to sharam hoti na. Agar maine kuch galt hi nahi kia hain to phir main kyun ashamed feel karu.- Prerna says.

To tumhe sachi main lagta hain ki tumne jo kuch bhi kia hai wo galat nahi tha?- Nivi asks her.

Shayad aap log mujhse ye sawal pehle puchte to main kehti ki hain mujhe bura lagta hain. lekin phir bhi main nahi manti ki maine kuch galat kia tha kyun ki main janti hoon ki maine aaj tak kisi ke bhi jhoot yaphir kisi galat kam main madad nahi ki hai. Lekin khare aap log ye sab kaise samjhnge. Aur ab to mujhe aap logo ke liye bura bhi nahi lagta. Jante hai kyun? Kyuna ki aap log mere support aur mera pyaar deserve hi nahi karte.- Prerna says and leaves from there.

She left Nivi and Mohini shocked and confused.

They were left to think.

At Anurag's office-

Anurag chalo ghar cahlte hain- Anupam says.

Nahi tum gar jao main thodi der main aa jaunga.- Anurag tells him.

Thik hai main chalta hoon- Anupam says this and leaves.

After Anupam leaves Anurag gets into the car and goes to house away from the city. When he gets there he just standing in one place.

Pata nahi kyu jab se maine tumhe Mr. Bajaj ke sath dekha hai tab se main tumhare liya itna sare pyaar jo tha wo jyada feel hi nahi kar paraha hoon. Prerna aisa kyu ho raha hai ki ab mujhe lagta hain ki tum Mr. Bajaj ke sath hi bahut khush ho. Shayad agar tumne mujhe chun liya hota to main tumhe khush nahi rakh paunga. Pata nahi kyu aisa lag raha hai mujhe?- Anurag talks to himself. He sits there thinking when he goes into a flachback

FLASHBACK-

Anurag was sleeping on a hospital bed. As he wakes up he holds his head and tries to think how he came here. The last thing he remembered was spending time with his friends. He sees a man walking in with the doctor.

Anurag beta tumhara accident hua tha. Kya tumhe kuch yaad hai?-The man asks.

Nahi mujhe kuch yaad nahi hai.-Anurag answers.

Wo tumhare gaadi ka accident hua tha aur bhagwaan ka lakh lakh shukar hai ki main waha time par phauch gaya. Warna gaadi ke sath sath thumhe us blast main...tumhe bhi kuch ho jata.- The man says.

Shayad main janta hoon ki kya ho raha hai.- the doctor says.

Mr. Basu jo hain unke sar par chot lagne ke karan unhe kuch yaad nahi aa raha hai. Ye consideration main tha. Humne bas socha ki inhe hosh ane tak ka intezar karte hai. Inhe memory loss hua hai. Inke pichle 1 saal ki sari yade chali gai hai.- the doctor says.

Lekin doctor kuch to hoga jo hum kar sakte hai.- the man says.

I am sorry Mr. Malhotra lekin filalal to hum kuch nahi kar sakte hai kyunki hum nahi jante ki unke sath is pichle ek saal main kya kya hua hai. Jaisa aapne kaha aap to inke sath nahi the to aap kuch nahi jante aur aap ki wife abhi humari koi help nahi kar sakti.- the doctor says and leaves.

Ab kya karenge dad?- Anurag asks Mr. Malhotra.

Hum wapas Mumbai ja sakte hai aur fab5 se baat kar sakte hain.-Mr. Malhotra says.

Nahi papa mujhe un logo ko protect karna hai aur uske liye mujhe unse dur rhena padega.- Anurag tells him.

Lekin tumhari yaad dash...-Mr. Malhotra starts, but Anurag cuts him off.

Dad yaad dash to jab ani hai aa jayegi, Dad abhi aap mujhe ghar leke chaliye. Lekin ghar pe kisi ko bhi mere is accident ke bare main pata nahi chalne chahiye.- he says and gets him to promise.

Flashback ends-

He comes out of his trance as his phone rings.
