Kingdoms [A Jimina Story]

Chapter 3

Tzuyu's mom finally arrives. Mina meets with her privately. She says, "Your daughter is very lovely." Tzuyu's mom replies, "Thank you, I hope she behaved well."

Mina replies, "She was perfect. As for the price, we'll take one of your finest boats and the man we captured." The queen looks flustered at Mina's request and says, "Sorry but that man is important. We are going to need both of them." Mina looks at her intrigued and says, "Important? How come I've never heard of him before? Were you perhaps, hiding him from me?"

The queen starts to panic inside but remains calm outside and says, "No, he's just working behind the scenes. He isn't as well known as his captain." Mina says, "Ahh, he works with Jungkook. Quite surprising I have never seen his face before."

The queen then says, "We can offer two of our finest ships, three barrels of our best wine, and a chest of gold." Mina thinks for a while and says, "No need. I just need your alliance." She then asks nervously, "Alliance?" Mina says, "No questions asked. We will return your daughter and the man for your alliance."

The queen nods and her daughter and Jimin is returned. On their journey home, Tzuyu asks her mother, "What did you give?" Her mother thinks then says, "Nothing." Tzuyu replies shocked, "WHAT?" Suddenly, their ship is hit. The guards yell, "MOMO TRIBE!"

Suddenly, members of the Momo tribe board their ship and attack the passengers. Jimin locks Tzuyu and her mother in room while standing guard. The others fight off the invaders but it looks grim as they fall one by one. Three men stand in front of Jimin as they charge him. Little did he know, it was a distraction.

The three men landed a few swings on Jimin but he stood tall, or kind of tall. He ripped his shirt off as it was slowing him down and this had the men shook. One of them muttered, "It can't be..." The other says, "Do we kill him?" The third hesitates but continues to charge him.

Tzuyu's scream is what ended the skirmish. Jimin turns around and the door is busted down. The members of the Momo tribe pin him down as he sees Tzuyu covered in blood. They tie her up and as she let goes of her dead mother. Jimin stares at the lifeless body then at Tzuyu. She's quiet. Too quiet.

As they check if the queen is actually dead, Jimin and Tzuyu seek this as an opportunity and grab one of the soldier's swords. They free themselves of the rope and proceed to massacre the invaders. After checking for survivors, they throw the members of the Momo tribe off the boat and sail home. The trip was quiet and eery.

When they arrive home, the whole nation is quiet. Tragedy just hit and the queen is dead. Tzuyu became the queen through bloodline and the decision to start a war was thought of. With the pressure of a decision and the sadness of a lost mother, Tzuyu breaks down. She cries in her room as she is flocked with too much responsibilities at such a young age.

News of the death of a queen spreads quickly. To some it was a surprise but others saw it coming.

Mina tells Chaeyoung, "Just as planned." The smaller girl sighs as the empress' plan starts.

Jihyo tells Daniel, "Poor Tzuyu, should we call a meeting?" Daniel says, "No, let's see what she does."

Momo walks towards her mother's room and knocks on the door. She waits patiently but becomes alarmed as the door was unlocked. Momo runs towards her mother's bedroom and gasps as she sees a lifeless body on the bed. She looks outside the window and around the room to see if the killer is still there. She notices a drink in her mother's hands and looks at her pale mother with bubbles from her mouth. She was poisoned.

Tzuyu called a meeting of the leaders. Her very first command as the queen of Chou Nation. The leaders meet at the Kingdom of Park. Jihyo sits in the middle as the two others sit across of each other. Like usual, the Myoui Dynasty isn't there. Momo yells, "YOU KILLED MY MOTHER!" Tzuyu scoffs and says, "Accusing us after clearly attacking our ship in neutral waters? What kind of bullshit is this!"

Jihyo yells, "ORDER! We must deal with this peacefully. Civil war will only cause more death." Tzuyu says, "Easy for you to say, no one killed any of your people. You just there on the side behind your walls watching all of us murder each other." Daniel raises his voice, "Anyone who attempts to start a war, will be automatically deemed an enemy to the Kingdom of Jihyo. So I suggest, you two settle this peacefully."

Momo stands up and says, "If you think we will deal with this peacefully, then you're an idiot. You act all high and mighty behind these walls but we all have our own secrets. Don't sit here comfortable, we aren't scared to pick a fight with you pussies."

Tzuyu stands up and says, "I can't stand here while you insult me, my family, and my nation. You think you're the only one prepared to fight? Bring it on you pigs!" Jihyo sighs as the beginning of a war just happened before her eyes. But she isn't worried about the two, she's worried about the Myoui Dynasty. What will they be doing during this war?

The kingdoms return to their respected territory and brace for war. However under all this tensions, Jimin starts to worry. He visits his mother's house for relaxation and a well needed talk. He's greeted by a hug and few kisses and says, "I got to see around the Myoui Dynasty for bit. It was gorgeous." His mother tenses up and says, "Oh really? You are really lucky, not a lot of outsiders get to visit."

He asks, "Have you ever been there?" His mother shakes her head and says, "I've known some people who've been there. Have you been eating?" He nods his head and says, "I just needed to see you before all this madness takes over. You heard about it right?" His mom nods and caresses his face then says, "Promise me you won't get hurt. There's many dangerous people out there." Jimin nods and eats dinner with his mother. As he make sure's she's safe and asleep, he makes his way to the palace.

As Jimin enters the meeting hall, they are interrupted by a messenger. He yells, "MYOUI SHIP BOARDING IN OUR PORT!" Tzuyu sighs as she is already stressed with the upcoming war. Mina, Chaeyoung, and Suga meet them at the meeting hall. Tzuyu says, "What a great honor it is, welcome." Mina laughs and says, "You are indeed honored. Anyway, I promised your mom an alliance and it seems like you need our help."

Tzuyu raises an eyebrow and says, "Alliance?" Mina nods and says, "We freed you for an alliance, it's a win win for your side." Tzuyu asks, "So you were prepared for all of this?" Mina nods her head and says, "We have a plan too but you might not like it." Tzuyu asks, "Elaborate." She says, "We're going to destroy the Momo Tribe and you're gonna allow me to take full control of their territories."

Jungkook laughs out loud and says, "Why would we agree to that?" Mina pulls out her katana and says, "You must be the infamous Captain Jungkook, I heard you were handsome but you look better in real life." Jungkook blushes and she says, "But please, shut up. I have no business with the likes of you. So Tzuyu, what do you say?"

She says, "Let me consult with my people." Mina nods and she turns to Jungkook and his crew. Jimin says, "Don't do it. She must've planned all of this." Lisa nods and says, "It's really suspicious that your mom formed an alliance with her then coincidentally gets murdered right after." Tzuyu asks, "So you're saying, they killed my mother?" Bambam says, "It's a guess. Maybe, we should work together so we can find evidence."

Jungkook says, "It's risky. Just imagine a Myoui Dynasty twice the size it is now and full control over the Momo tribe." Another messenger comes in panting and says, "My queen. There's an urgent matter in our hands." Tzuyu walks towards the exhausted man and asks, "What's so urgent that you had to interrupt our war meeting?"

He says, "Kingdom of Park has formed an alliance with the Momo Tribe."
