Kingdoms [A Jimina Story]

Chapter 15

Jihyo calls Jungkook and his crew to the castle to strategize an attack plan. She says, "We can't just stay here and do nothing. A coordinated land and sea attack with overwhelm then then we storm the castle. Jennie volunteered to lead the charge on land, we attack tomorrow at dawn."

"I'm busy tomorrow, mind moving it to next week?" Everyone in the room shift their eyes to the voice and stand in shock. Mina is standing there with Taehyung. She says, "I've come to pay respects to your dear general. I still can't believe he lost to Taehyung." Jennie growls, "You're the one who killed Jaebeom?"

Taehyung stays silent and Jennie stomps towards him. Jihyo says, "Jennie, stand down." She ignores her and Mina says, "You should listen to your queen. If you touch Taehyung, you're dead." Jennie attempts to defy Mina and Jihyo but as soon as she's a few inches away from touching Taehyung. She notices a small coat of liquid on his skin. Fear fills her mind and she hesitates.

Taehyung notices this and grabs her by the neck. Mina says, "Wow, I was so scared of the 6Mix but it turns out they're frauds." She glances at Taehyung who's still holding Jennie by neck and gestures to kill her. He looks at her teary red eyes and hesitates. Mina orders, "Taeyhung, kill her." He hesitates again so she grabs her blade and stabs her heart.

Mina says, "You hesitate to kill a woman. I don't know if that's chivalrous or sexist." She then turns to the rest in the room and says, "Hand over Tzuyu and Jihyo and no one will die." Daniel glances around and notices that there are several men watching over. He holds Jihyo's arm and whispers, "Jungkook, come with me and bring Tzuyu. On the count of three, we run."

Chaeyoung and Suga join Mina's side and notices the corpse in the middle of the room. Suga says, "Wow, Taehyung killed two of the 6Mix. I call dibs on Jimin." Chaeyoung laughs and says, "You and your man crush. Just make sure Mina gets to Jihyo and Tzuyu." Daniel then yells, "THREE!" Jungkook grabs Tzuyu's arm and yells back, "When you say count to three, it means count to three. You can't just yell three!"

They run up the stairs while the rest of the soldiers protect them. Namjoon orders, "Don't kill them unless you have to. Oh and don't die." Jeongyeon scoffs and says sarcastically, "I was planning on dying. OF COURSE, YOU SHOULDN'T DIE!" Chaeyoung charges them and is met by Nayeon and Jeongyeon. Suga tries to distract them by launching projectile shurikens from afar. Taehyung is opening a way so Mina could get through.

Chaeyoung tries her best not to be overwhelmed but the chemistry and synergy between the two older women is too much. Nayeon grabs Chaeyoung by the sleeve but takes her hand back as she feels a burning sensation. She yells, "Don't touch their clothes, they're covered in poison!" During the skirmish, everyone is busy fighting when Jimin realizes something. Where's Mina?

He rushes up the stairs and hears screaming. Daniel is on the floor covered in blood while Tzuyu and Jihyo are cornered. Mina raises her blade but a someone runs to cover Jihyo. The young girl screams, "MINA STOP!" Mina stops her katana and yells, "ROSE MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!" Rose stays there with teary eyes and says, "You have to stop! You're turning into them!" Mina weakens the grip on her blade and glances at the shattered mirror in the room.

Rose says, "You're turning into Jiyong!" Mina lowers the sword and feels a pain her head. She stumbles so she uses her blade as a support to stand. Tears flow down her cheek as she says, "Rose, I'm asking one last time. Please, move. I don't want to kill you." Rose stands still and braces herself as Mina raises her sword. Mina couldn't finish the swing.

A body holds her back. Not forcibly but sensually. Jimin embraces her in a back hug and she becomes flustered. The two royalties run out of the room into safety. Mina whispers softly, "Let go Jimin." He keeps a strong hold on her and says, "Mina, you have to stop. This isn't you."Mina keeps her blade up and says, "I'm warning you, let go."

Jimin places his chin on her shoulder and continues to back hug her. Mina drops the blade and starts to cry. She says, "Don't you hate me? I killed your mother." Jimin hugs her and says, "Mina, I know you're hurting and so am I. I need you to heal and you need me. Stop this madness." Jimin feels her muscles relax so he softens his grip.

Mina takes this opportunity and pushes Jimin away. She picks up her sword and starts laughing, "You think this is some kind of joke?" She raises her blade once again but drops her sword as a knife stabs her side. Mina falls to the ground and Rose drops the knife. Mina groans before she passes out, "I can't believe I let you do that to me twice." Rose says, "What have I done?" Jimin quickly checks on Mina and makes sure she's alive. After feeling her breath, he says, "Help me bring her to a doctor." They help Mina down the stairs and everyone notices.

Chaeyoung, Suga, and Taehyung drop their weapons in defeat. They kneel to the ground and Chaeyoung curses, "Mina wasn't supposed to lose." Jin laughs and says, "This was your final plan? Not going to lie but it's pretty underwhelming." Suga glares at the older and says, "Listen grandpa, this was supposed to be a distraction. Our men should have successfully capture Gucci and Jihyo's child by now. But Mina was supposed to come out alive, but you checkmated our king." Jin smiles and says, "All according to plan!"

Nayeon smacks his arm and says, "Not according to plan, no one was supposed to die." They imprison the three and send Mina to a nearby clinic. After they treated her wounds, they imprisoned her too. Jihyo sighs in relief after he daughter was returned while Jungkook's crew head back home to clean up the mess left behind.

The war was formally ended and Twiceland was united under four powers, Jihyo, Jimin, Tzuyu, and Momo.

2 years later...

Rose visits Mina's prison with some food and drinks. Mina hears her approach and springs to her feet. She says, "Rosie! Did you get the thing?" Her sister laughs and says, "I got the watermelon slushies." Mina squeals in happiness then looks at Rose seriously. Rose says, "Unnie, what's wrong?" Mina sighs and says, "I think I have to disown you."

Rose becomes shocked and yells, "What?" Mina looks at her genuinely and says, "You found your real family so you don't need me anymore. Once I get the papers done, you'll no longer be part of the Myoui Clan but of the Park family. Isn't that exciting?" Rose says nervously, "Yeah... Wait, this isn't because you still like Jimin and you can't date him because he's my brother and you're my sister right?"

Mina hushes her and says, "Shh, this is for your own good." Rose ends her visit after an hour of talking and approaches Jimin. She says, "Uhh, we might have a problem." Jimin raises an eyebrow and says, "What is it?" Rose says, "Mina is kind of disowning me, so that means I'm now legally not her sister..."

Jimin's eyes widened while Jihyo overhears the conversation, she says, "Well, we always have plan B." Rose asks, "What's plan B?" Jihyo smirks and says, "It's either one of you marry Mina, it doesn't matter which one."
