Kingdoms [A Jimina Story]

Chapter 5

Bambam screams, "DAUGHTER?" Mina nods and says, "We only found out a few years ago. She should be a teenager by now and that's why we needed this serum. She's probably trained but she'll never expect this." Jimin says, "So you're making Jihyo and Daniel expose themselves."

Lisa says, "What? I'm confused, why is this a bad thing? Are they not supposed to have a child?" Mina says, "Park law states that they are ruled by a virgin queen. Daniel is merely her right hand man and advisor. Did you think those two were married?" Lisa nods and Chaeyoung says, "Easy win. I swear we should've thought of this earlier."

A small light starts to appear at the end of the waterway. Mina says, "It looks we're here. Everyone in positions. I think we'll be done in 2 hours?" Suga nods and takes Bambam with him while Chaeyoung and Lisa take their positions. Mina and Jimin make their way into the palace and says, "Act calm. These people have never seen us before so they won't recognize us. Only Jihyo, Daniel, and the 6Mix know us."

Jimin nods as Mina buys some clothing to fit in. She intertwines her fingers with Jimin and says, "We're a lovely couple. Remember that." He nods again as they walk down the street. He says, "So..." Mina giggles and says, "No need to be awkward, it only proves to me that you like me."

He gulps and she looks at his eyes. He avoids eye contact and she says, "Whoa, do you like me?" Jimin coughs and says, "I don't hate you." She smiles and slightly pushes him, "Aww, this is my first time having an admirer." He looks at her confused and says, "Really? I would think you are very popular with the men and maybe even the women."

Mina chuckles and says, "I would think so too but I guess everyone is scared of me." Jimin mutters under his breath, "I wonder why?" Mina stops walking and looks at him, "Are you teasing me?" He gets intimidated and stutters, "N-no, I meant-" She starts laughing and says, "I'm kidding."

They continue to walk in the streets of the Kingdom of Park's capital city, Gicha. Mina notices an assortment of blades in one stand and starts to stare at them in awe. Jimin glances and sees her fully engrossed. He stares at her face for too long as she turns around. He continues to keep his eyes glued on her face and doesn't hear what she's telling him.

She says again, "Jimin, slow down." He shakes out of his imagination and says, "What? Oh, sorry." Mina turns him around and says, "Don't panic but Nayeon and Jin are right there." He notices Chaeyoung on the roof of a house watching over them and remembers that the two are part of the 6Mix.

She says, "Calm down and don't panic." Before he can question her, she tiptoes and places a kiss on his lips. Both their eyes are closed when they make out in the middle of the street. Nayeon sees the couple and starts to walk away while Jin continues to stare at them.

Nayeon hits his arm and says, "Pervert, give them some privacy." Jin continues watching and says, "If they wanted privacy, they wouldn't be doing this in the middle of the street. Just give it a few seconds." After a few seconds, he turns and says, "Ahh, I'm lonely..." Nayeon looks at him weirdly and says, "Weirdo."

As the two leave, Mina breaks the kiss leaving a small strand of saliva from their lips. She checks if the coast is clear and says, "Good job, let's go we're behind schedule." Jimin walks with her quietly as he tries his best not to blush. His cheeks and ears are burning red but fortunately, Mina doesn't notice.

They take their post behind a bush and Mina says, "She should pass here in a few minutes. So we wait." Jimin nods again and she says, "So... was that your first kiss?" Jimin admits shamefully, "Yes." Mina says reassuringly, "Well it was my first too. Technically, if you don't count the times with Sana, Momo, and Chaeyoung. Then it's my first."

Jimin says, "How long do we have to-" She covers her mouth as they hear a feminine voice say, "Stop playing around Soobin! Give it back!" She chases this boy around while he runs holding a a book. He says, "You're so cute when you're angry." Mina stands up and approaches the two. Jimin follows behind as she brings out the syringe in one hand.

She says, "Pin Lia down. I'll deal with the boy." Jimin nods again and charges Lia. Soobin looks at the two shocked and says, "You messed with the wrong people today." Mina says, "Is that so?" He charges her as she dodges him and kicks the back of his right knee. This forces him to kneel on the ground so Mina quickly kicks his face before he can get up.

Soobin groans in the ground as Lia yells, "HELP!" Mina laughs and says, "A guard won't be here for another few hours. Save your breath. As for the witness, I don't leave any witnesses behind." Mina picks his head up by the hair and exposes his neck. She makes eye contact with Lia as she quickly slits his throat.

Mina injects the syringe into her and in a matter of seconds Lia knocks out. Jimin asks, "Why'd you kill him?" She says while wiping the blood off her blade, "Can't have any loose ends and I was wondering how I'll let them know we took their daughter. This solves the problem. Now let's go, we don't have a lot of time."

Jimin carries Lia and the two maneuver through Gicha stealthily. Mina stops him shortly as she notices Lisa on the rooftop. She says, "It's Namjoon and Jeongyeon. Don't move." They stay quiet as the two passes by quickly. Mina checks on Lia then the two proceed to move to the getaway ship.

They board the ship and mission goes by successfully. As they get ready to depart, a group of soldiers start patrolling the dock. Mina says, "Fuck, they weren't supposed to be here." Lisa and Chaeyoung arrive on the ship and says, "They found out, let's split." The boat quickly departs and after an hour of checking if anyone is following them, Bambam says, "Ok, we're good."

The gather in the main room and tie Lia to a chair. She opens her eyes and regains her consciousness slowly. Lia glares at everyone in the room and Mina says, "Good morning beautiful, we're heading to Chou Nation so get comfortable." Lia scoffs and says, "Comfortable my ass, once mom and dad find out. You're all dead."

Mina comes closer and says, "Your mommy and daddy can't be there for you this time." Lia smirks and says, "Well, I guess we got something in common." Mina stands furiously and kicks her in the chest. The chair falls back and Lia continues to speak in confidence because she knows they can't kill her, "Sorry, I forgot you grew up a lonely orphan."

Mina pulls out her knife but Chaeyoung and Suga hold her back. Chaeyoung says, "Stick to the plan. We already killed her boyfriend, there's no going back." Lia questions, "Boyfriend? Soobin? DON'T TOUCH HIM, HE'S INNOCENT." Mina stands and sheathes her knife. She walks out of the room silently.

Lia asks around, "Why did she mention Soobin? Did you hurt him? Where is he?" The rest walk out leaving only Jimin and Lia in the room. She starts to cry wondering what happened to her future fiance. He looks at her in the eyes and she can tell by his gaze. Soobin is dead.
