Beat, Beat, Beat...Beat...Beat...Beat...Flatline...

"All rise." The judge said and courtroom followed suit.

"Mr. Owada, you have been found guilty of these crimes:"

"Disorderly conduct in school,"

"Bringing a weapon onto school property,"

"Four accounts of aggravated assault, with two of them an intent to kill and all towards minors,"

"One account of kidnapping, which is also counted as a kidnapping of a minor,"

"One account of sexual assault towards a minor,"

The judge paused. "I have decided not to press charges on Mr. Kuzuryu nor Miss. Pekoyama given the circumstances. However, Mr. Kuzuryu will be questioned on how he obtained a gun when he is not of age to own a concealed carry."

Peko noticed her Young Master shift in his seat.

"And finally, Mr. Owada, the most serious crime you have been found guilty of..."

"Double homicide."

A few muffled sobs echoed in the courtroom.

"Do you have any final words to address the court?"

"Y-Yes Your Honor," Mondo sounded as quiet as Mikan. "I...I didn't want to hurt her... Any of them. I just wanted to... keep my friend safe. I am guilty, b-but I'm not some monster."

"Coward!" Leon shouted from the audience. "At least I understand that you deserved to be hated after mistreating a woman!"

The judge silenced Leon with her gavel. "Mr. Kuwata, you cannot interrupt the defendant's final testimony. If you continue you will be held in contempt and removed from the courtroom."

"I'm sorry, Your Honor." Leon apologized.

"Given these crimes," The judge concluded. "I sentence Mr. Owada to death without a chance parole nor bond. His execution date will be pending. The case of Mondo Owada Vs Hope's Peak is concluded."

The 77th and 78th class filed out of the courtroom.
