Chapter 6

Marion's POV

After I asked them, they just looked at me teasingly which made me panic, "Oh man, do they really know?", "So you really don't remember?" Jennie asked, I shake my head, "You just told us that you were heartbroken." Jisoo said while she's wiggling her eyebrows, "What the! Did I really tell you that?" I exclaimed in panic, my blood run cold, and now I'm sweating profusely.

I can't think of anything to say, so if they already knew that I like Lisa, things will get awkward much awkward than before. I look at them, they still all have smiles on their faces even Lisa and that got me confused, "Is she okay with me liking her? I thought, "Of course No! She has Jungkook already." I continued thinking.

"Ehem!" Jennie fake coughed and got my attention. "Uhmmm..." that's all that came out, "So you want tell us who she is?" Jennie asked, "Who she is?!" I raised an eyebrow, "Yeah the one!" Jennie continued, and it hit me I didn't told them that it's Lisa.

"Uhm, I don't want to talk about her." I said looking down to the floor, "Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean to made you feel bad more." Jennie said with concern in her voice, "If it can ease your pain, you can tell us." Jisoo smiled at me, "But you don't need to, you can tell us when you're ready." Rose' added, I looked at the girls but trying to avoid Lisa's gaze.

"No-no it's okay, I've been acting like an idiot in front of you for the past week so you have the right to know." I told them, with that everyone was sitting in front of me just like kids hearing a new story, "So I liked this girl, and I had the chance to meet her but before I even had the courage to tell her what I felt, I find out that she already like someone else so there's that and-" I stopped, thinking carefully what to say so they won't find out that I was talking about Lisa, "And?" they all asked.

I glanced at all of them and then at Lisa and I continued, "And that broke my heart so I was out of it these past few days and I apologize for that." I bowed to them, "No-no it's okay but you should have told us." Jennie stood up and patted my back, "I have a question?" Lisa asked while raising her hand, I realized that she really doesn't have any, "Uh sure!" motioning her to continue with her question, "When did you met her because you told us that you didn't know anybody here." Lisa continued with her question.

"So uhm-" trying to make up a scenario, "I met her when I was buying groceries." I made up, "Oh okay." Lisa said while nodding. Then I excused myslef and went straight to my room.

"I think they bought it, I need to start acting like everything's normal again, and I'll try to interact with Lisa and Jungkook more so they won't be suspicious." I told myself as I change clothes while still nursing my headache.

After I got change, I went outside to make something to eat because my stomach is starting to digest itself. "You guys want anything?" I asked the girls lounging in the living room, "We're good, we just ate." Rose' responded, "Okay." I said while picking what to eat.

"By the way, I've been studying Korean culture and whatnots and I have a question." I said putting the food on the table, "That's good! What is it?" Jisoo asked, "What should I call you?" I stated, "Call us? What do you mean?" Jisoo was confused of my question, "I mean you guys are older than me so should I call you guys noona? Is that right?" I clarified, "I think it's okay if you call us by our first names." Jennie said, "Okay, cool." then I started eating.

The heavy feeling that lingers on my chest since that day has now lighten a bit because I was able to express it even that I removed major details. Of course, I still like Lisa but I can't do anything but to be happy for her and just like her from afar secretly even if it hurts me inside.

Feelings can't be extinguished that easily so I'll let time do that for me, I just need to suck it up for the mean time.

I finished eating and headed back to my room. I checked my phone, by the way, I bought the cell network used here and I tried logging to my accounts but to my surprise, none of them works. So contacting my family through the internet is a no go.
