Chapter 1

INTRODUCTION

The world we know of today is being rocked by a certain country's culture and that is Korea and from them, a new type of music was introduced the KPOP.

At first, there were only boy groups who captivated many women's hearts like Super Junior, SHINEE, EXO, BTS and many more but as the KPOP phenomenon continue to grow, girl groups began to flourish which gave men all around the world groups that they can cheer on.

Started with a lot of girl groups with different concepts some uses a cute concept, some uses a sexy concept but now a certain girl group rose with a kind of concept which was very different from the others that delivers a level of swag and awesomeness that captured the hearts and conquered fanboys everywhere. And that is the BLACKPINK.

Catching attention since their debut in 2016, the BlackPink is now one of the most famous KPOP groups in the WORLD. Renowned by many famous celebrities and even became part of music charts outside of Korea like the Billboard music charts in the US.

BlackPink is a 4 member girl group consisted of Kim Jisoo, Jennie Kim, Rose'(Park Chaeyoung), and Lisa Manoban.

There is no wonder how they accumulated so many fans and fanboys all around the globe with their beauty, charms, and cute quirks.

But this story is not focused on the others but this one certain BlackPink fanboy with the name of Marion Alexander and this is his story of how he, a fanboy, achieve his ultimate DREAM.

Marion's POV

Hi! My name is Marion Alexander and I proudly admit that I'm a Blink. But before that I'm one of the people that criticizes or never really cared about KPOP because they are only composed of boy groups so it didn't peaked my interests.

But when I saw BlackPink, I was extremely hooked to those four angels because of their visuals, dance choreography, and charm and I never regretted it because they changed my life and I immediately became a fan.

Just like any normal day. I wake up, brush my teeth, take a bath, and prepare my things for school and headed out. "Bye Mom!" I said to my mother who was washing the dishes. "OK, be careful kiddo!" she replied.

My school is just a couple of blocks from my house so I always leave 30 mins early so I will not be late. As I'm walking, I picked up my phone and earphones to play some music and you guess it right I was playing BlackPink songs because they energizes me throughout the day. I finished a couple of songs before I reached my classroom and then the bell rang and the class started.

It's now lunch break so I headed to the canteen and then I met my two bestfriends, Tony and Steve. "Hey Weirdos!" I called them which got me a glare and a snicker from the two of them. "Oh! You still alive?!" Tony said while waving at me. "Hahaha! You're the one who's weird here." Steve retorted. I just laughed at their replies and gave them high fives before going to the canteen to eat.

The class ended at about 5 pm in the afternoon but I ended up staying until 8 pm because of a project that we were doing.

Tony, Steve, and I walked together, laughing to the stories we told each other and we reach the intersection and separated in which Tony went left, Steve went right and I went straight so we waved goodbye to each other. "See you tomorrow in school!" Steve shouted I just waved again and I heard Tony shouted something also, "Be careful you guys might attract witches on your way home! Hahaha!". I laughed at what Tony said and continued walking.

"What a day!" I said to myself as I put my earphones on and I blasted Boombayah by BlackPink.

I was rocking with the beat of the song when I passed by a convenient store and remembered that I needed to buy something so I went in. After almost 10 mins I picked everything I needed and paid for it. "Thank you and Come again!" the cashier said and I just replied with a nod and a smile.

I continued walking home and I was on my phone picking a song while still jamming to Whistle in full volume when suddenly I was startled by a bright white light infront of me I tried blocking it out with my hand and trying to figure out what is happening but I was engulfed by this bright white light and faded into it I was not feeling anything it was like I was floating and I had no control of my body whatsoever.

I thought to myself "What the hell just happened?!".
