*LOUIS' POV*

"I'll be back soon, all I have to go get is us some lunch." I tell Jesse as I stand for sitting on her hospital bed.

"Okay. Love you." She says.

"Love you too." I reply as I peck her forehead.

I park my car in the hospital parking lot. As I get out a police man walks up to me.

"Louis Tomlinson?" He asks.

"Yep, why?" I ask him.

A crowd of people surround us.
I can tell that this isn't good news. He wants to put me in jail for some reason that I don't even know why.

Just as he grabs the handcuffs I place my hand on his shoulder.

"How are you today my good man?" I ask, I want to play around first. His face turns puzzled.

"I really don't think that you deserve this job, here, let me fix your hat for you!" I say. I know that he can tell that I'm talking this way on purpose just because I'm an ass. I mentally laugh.

I grab both sides if his hat and tilt it a little to the left. He grabs my wrists and turns me to where my back is now facing him. He pushes me against my car as he puts the handcuffs on me.

"Can you at least fucking tell me why I'm arrested?!" I frustratedly ask.

"Your arrested for the murder if Chase Rixton." He answers.

I smirk. Yes, I killed him!
I didn't even know it but I'm so damn glad that I did.

"Well I sure don't deserve this as my award for killing that bastard!" I say in a smart tone.

"You're sick!" He sounds disgusted.

As he pushes me into the backseat of his cop car I spot Jesse in the crowd. She looks terrified and confused.
She's shaking. Now I feel bad and guilty.

I watch her fade away in the distance as the cop drives me to jail.

*JESSE'S POV*

A nurse walks in.

"So, how are you feeling today?" She asks.

"I'm fine, thanks." I smile.

She takes my heart rate and blood pressure. As she is doing so the tv suddenly mentions Louis' name.

"Live in Doncaster at Doncaster Hospital. We've spotted Louis being arrested." The voice says.

It shows the whole video if where Louis I kind if goofing around on the cop. The cop gets mad and arrests him.

I get out of the bed and run out of the lounge and into the parking lot. I make my way to the front of the crowd to see Louis being put into the car. He makes eye contact with me.

Chills go down my spin at knowing that this really is happening, my husband, Louis Tomlinson, is getting arrested!

I watch as they drive away, disappearing as they move further.

The nurse catches ahold of me.

"Why'd you run out like that?" She asks, she looks a little worried.

"Nothing." I brush it off.

"Can I go now?" I ask. Today I'm supposed to leave the hospital, but I'm not sure what time.

"Uh, sure." She says.

I walk back into my hospital room and grab my purse and phone. I pay the hospital bill up front and make my way to the jail.

"Louis, why did you get arrested?!" I frustratedly ask him, keeping his eyes locked with mine through the plastic like glass.

"I killed Chase." He answers.

"You see!? This is why I would always pull you off if someone if you were fighting with then, so you wouldn't get fucking arrested!" I'm real stressed.

"Well he deserved it, treating you and Ella like that!" Louis growls.

I let out a breath.

"When's your court going to he?" I ask.

"A week from today." He answers.

"Call me up their as a whiteness since this all happened because of me! I'll tell them what he did through those two years, the kidnap of Ella, and yesterday." I reply.

"Okay." He replies.

I stand from the chair. Just as I am about to leave I hear my name being called from Louis.
I look behind me. I sigh. I sit back into the chair.  "Yes?" I ask dully.

"Love you." He answers.

"Love you too." I reply.

Hope this chapter is good! Oh and I haven't heard No Control, Night Changes, or Act My Age yet, but if they dont fit this chapter once I get to hear them then I'll just re-update this chap again. I thought since the rumor that says night changes is the next music video and they have pics of Louis getting 'arrested' then I could put it in my fanfic. Plus he did kill Chase, so yeah.
